I appreciate the level of professionalism and the organized, great user experience that Kantata Professional Services Automation offers. The software allows me to deliver detailed, professional service-based project plans and sprint plans with ease. I find its sleek look and feel, along with the modern Gantt charts, to be a significant advantage in project and account management. The Kantata AI Assistant and copy/paste functionality are beneficial, assisting in time optimization and organized project plans. I also value the ever-evolving functionality, with monthly and quarterly updates that keep up with AI and modern technology advances. The system is user-friendly with minimal lag, making it easy to use right from the start. Additionally, the prompt ticketing support is a great comfort, ensuring any issues are swiftly addressed. I wish there could be more backend flexibility in template functionality, like adding custom fields or objects to tasks within templates. Not much - but that's less of a criticism of the platform and more of a product-market fit for my business. I do think that their broad feature set would be an asset for other businesses, but it was too much tool for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Kantata Professional Services Automation (formerly Mavenlink+ Kimble)? With our small delivery team, the configuration required a lot of administrative overhead, and many of the features weren’t relevant to our use case. The UX also felt dated and wasn’t very intuitive to navigate. Reporting was a challenge as it was difficult to create reports without our admin or without putting our team through administrative training. Based on our small use-case, the price was too high.
