**What do you like best about Kamsa?**

Kamsa has been a game-changer for our compensation management needs. Its intuitive interface and comprehensive features make it incredibly easy to navigate and utilize effectively. The tool's integration of market data has provided us with valuable insights, ensuring our compensation packages are competitive and fair. 

The customer support team at Kamsa is exceptional, always responsive and ready to assist with any queries or issues we might encounter. They are also very patient and knowledgeable about all areas of compensation. I work with them to review our equity model annually and it is always an easy and seamless process.

Overall, Kamsa has significantly enhanced our compensation management practices, contributing to higher employee satisfaction and retention. I use the tool almost daily and highly recommend it to any organization looking to optimize their compensation strategies with reliable market data and user-friendly tools.

**What do you dislike about Kamsa?**

Although their dataset/sample isn't as large as some competitors, I find their data to be quite accurate and reflective of market trends.
