Kameleoon Reviews & Product Details

PBX is a tool with great potential and, above all, it helps us go further in our A/B testing use cases. We can innovate more easily because the complexity of developing a variant is no longer a criterion. Moreover, PBX adapts to the site's graphic charter, which facilitates integration and visual coherence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform can experience occasional slowdowns, and targeting is not always intuitive. That said, once you get the hang of it, everything goes smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nice experimenting tool, it is european and getting support seems easy.

Integration is not hard and it works and frontend code, just adding a library. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We ran into some difficulties during the initial integration because the documentation was lacking. As a result, our team wasn’t able to run a single A/B test during the first few weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kameleoon is an optimization solution that allows me to be completely autonomous in setting up and launching A/B tests / customizations to improve site navigation; notably thanks to PBX. In just a few minutes, simply by talking with the AI, I can turn ideas into tests. It is a real time saver and very easy to use. The results of the first tests launched via PBX are convincing. When the AI does not understand my prompts but it is not really due to Kameleoon and/or when the desired changes cannot be made solely through the graphic engine or PBX, but again, this is due to the configuration of our site and the data layer not always being sufficiently provided. Kameleoon gives us a reliable, flexible layer for web experimentation on our marketing site. It’s easy to go from idea to live A/B test, especially for copy, layouts, and CTAs on key pages. The mix of a visual editor for quick changes plus the option for custom code when we need it works well for our growth + engineering setup. Their support team has also been very responsive whenever we’ve had implementation questions or odd results to debug. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main downside is that the interface has bit of a learning curve (at least for me). Once you know where everything lives, it’s fine, but navigation and terminology aren’t always super intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use is truly appreciable, and the teams are excellent. The interface is intuitive and easy to handle. Improvements are constant, which shows a real concern for evolution. I particularly appreciate the ability to conduct A/B tests without needing a developer on the team, as the graphic editor makes the process very simple. Even more complex tests become accessible thanks to their new PBX tool, which opens up new possibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some bugs with the interface, but this does not disrupt the A/B tests in any way. Apart from that, I have nothing more to add! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The production of A/B tests as well as their analysis to know how to improve the performance of one's site. The customer support was also pleasant. With the arrival of AI on the software, I think it will revolutionize the relevance of A/B tests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find that the platform was initially quite difficult to handle, but after the latest updates, I find it much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The flexibility of the platform and the quality of the support are remarkable. Having used other A/B testing tools before, I can affirm that Kameleoon is a very comprehensive solution, capable of addressing a wide variety of issues.

I use it almost daily, both for setting up tests and for utilizing the platform itself, which allows launching, monitoring, and analyzing an A/B test without the need for additional tools.

The platform is very intuitive, and the team has done an excellent job of support throughout the process.

One point I particularly appreciate is the documentation, which is very rich and well-structured, offering different solutions adapted to needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would say that it would be ideal to be fully dedicated to CRO to fully leverage all the features of the solution. That said, this limitation is more related to our internal organization than to the solution itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is super flexible to use: you can easily adapt it to different needs and types of tests. Plus, the configuration is really robust, which allows you to launch experiments without stress, even when they are a bit complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The absence of a macro dashboard within the tool, which would allow for a more comprehensive visibility of all the experiences and customizations configured in the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kameleoon is a highly effective tool for setting up and launching A/B testing campaigns, and I would strongly recommend it

In addition, the team is extremely helpful and responsive, both during the setup phase and throughout the follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kamaleoon requires a significant amount of time, often dedicated resources, and developer support for most of the A/B tests we have aimed to launch. Not a downside, but something to anticipate in the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kamaleoon is a very effective tool for setting up A/B test campaigns, pop-ins, countdowns, etc. There are a multitude of possibilities regarding the configuration of the campaign content itself, or its display (display URL, percentage of traffic involved, UTM, geolocation, etc.). I also appreciate the responsiveness of the Kamaleoon teams in answering my questions about the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some technical changes require an in-depth knowledge of the code; not all changes can be made solely through the graphics engine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
