A flexible system but not intuitive to use **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025 **What do you like best about Cegid Retail?** I like the easiness of implementation and the many functions available. **What do you dislike about Cegid Retail?** There are way too many menus for similar functions that should be grouped: for example Query, Modification, Enter and Duplication are all in different pages while they could all simply be grouped together with options in the top ribbon to enter, modify, delete or duplicate, without opening a specific page that makes everything more complicated. The user today needs to first run the query, understand if there's anything to do and if so, go into another page to apply any change. this is counter-intuitive and time wasting. Also some extra function such as Query movements shouldn't be limited to a single SKU: the user should be able to query all the movement (for all items). Also a search bar to look for functions would be very helpful. **What problems is Cegid Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cegid unifies the inventory management and the POS in a single solution with a common interface, making it easy for the user to navigate. ### 2.
