**What do you like best about Kaizan?**

It’s very easy to use and gives great feedback on all client communication. It also summarises conversations and provides transcripts, and the AI chat makes it quick to reference what was said when I need it. Great support and quick, easy implementation. Also integrates with other software. I use this daily.

**What do you dislike about Kaizan?**

Nothing - I am very satisfied with it's features so far

Saves a huge amount of time for all account managers

**What do you like best about Kaizan?**

Kaizan allows us to do the things we are meant to be doing.

**What do you dislike about Kaizan?**

To begin with it was slow adoption and compliance / regulation issues but these are falling away every day.

**What problems is Kaizan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency issues are dealt with as Kaizan takes away all the day to day distractions. Teams can operate from any location and act like they are in the same room - institutional memory and knowledge is held and shared with the right people at the right time - things both good and bad. Anything that anyone needs to know is highlighted in a helpful dashboard and feed. You have 'eyes on' at all time across everything.
