Recommendations to others considering Panther:
I didn't like the pressure we received from the beginning to close the sale, with very aggressive promotions if we signed before a date. Still, in the end, after researching and reading reviews from different "supposed" customers, we decided to sign up in June. First, they gave us a complete presentation about the potential of SaaS, which also included two Apps, one for Buyers and one for Sellers, with Google calendar synchronization, geographic locator, keyword search... In addition, Sellers could sell services and products, sessions, courses and get paid directly through the platform in One Click mode. It is a tool that seems like a dream because it is very complete. After paying there is a period of 7 days (one week) in which supposedly you must provide texts, logos and a series of answers for them to parameterize your SaaS (what they call Kick Off). Everything normal until that moment... but from then on, more than a kick off it was a nightmare. They give us a platform with a complex administration portal and they don't explain anything, they take between 7 and 15 days to answer any doubt, after demanding it a lot (more than 2 months) they give us a user manual of another SaaS where most of the doubts or problems are not explained. They put us a group of executives to help us in the resolution of problems but they do not solve anything and it is reiterative the demand to fix the same issues that they do not solve and ask for them again. The Apps do not work, the platform never stops being in test mode, it is still badly translated despite sending them lists with the changes (you can't do it yourself). The map location does not work, the synchronization with the Google calendar does not work, the payment system does not work by Stripe, PayPal, there is no way to explain how to solve a single problem.... in 5 months have not solved any of the serious problems submitted beyond some translations, it is more during this time we have hung up the market more than 5 times and have stopped working several tools and Apps. What problems is Panther solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had no greater disappointment EVER than the choice of this company for my business. We are a small StartUp located in Spain. We are dedicated to selling services, and when we found JungleWorks, we thought that their SaaS Panther gave us the service we were looking for at a very competitive price. We had tried before with Hatch and compared JungleWorks with ShareTribe and other platforms and JungleWorks seemed to be the most complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
