## JumpCloud Reviews
 ### 1. Powerful Asset Management & SaaS Discovery, But Pricey

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bee Hong Y. | Cloud & Cybersecurity Presales | CISSP, CSAA, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like the new features like Asset Management and SaaS discovery.
With Asset Mgmt, we can now manage everything under one single console. And with so many free AI tools, SaaS discovery is really a great tool for tracking shadow IT to prevent data leakage. Aside, it's also possible to block URLs even when employees are not in office.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

JumpCloud is a great tool and really easy to use but it's on the expensive side. Would be great if price can be reduced.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining onboarding and offboarding. Once user is onboard, policies and software can be automatically pushed out saving IT lots of time and process.

 ### 2. Easy Adoption and Centralized Identity Management with Cloud Directory Services

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge Alberto A. | IT Security Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

umpCloud has been easy to adopt and provides a centralized way to manage users and authentication across different systems. I especially like the Cloud Directory Services because they simplify identity handling without maintaining on-prem infrastructure.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Some advanced configurations are not always intuitive and require digging through documentation. Certain workflows could be streamlined, especially when troubleshooting sync or policy behavior.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

umpCloud helps centralize identity and access management, reducing the overhead of managing credentials across multiple platforms. This improves consistency in access control and lowers operational effort when provisioning or updating users.

 ### 3. Impressive Support and Security, Minor Financial Hurdles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleida L. | CyberSecurity analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I really appreciate JumpCloud's technical support because every time I open a ticket, I know I will be receiving help in one hour at maximum. I also like the binding process, as it helps me ensure that all the devices we have are secure, especially by a password.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I had some difficulties renewing the contract we had. Maybe this financial process could be improved so it can be easier for the cybersecurity team to help manage this call.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JumpCloud for managing assets and users. It's our main IDP.

 ### 4. Stay secure and organized with JumpCloud.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott N. | Chief Sales Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

What I love most about JumpCloud is that it brings simplicity in managing passwords and identities for my whole organization. The UI/UX is very neat and user-friendly, even a layman can also understand it. I really like how it streamlines access control using SSO and directory services, therefore, making onboarding and offboarding very painless. Also, it plays nicely with our other tools and that autofill feature—total lifesaver, works seamlessly across all browsers and devices.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

The admin controls need more granularity when managing permissions across user groups. The pricing is a bit steep for small teams/individuals. A more generous free tier would be nice. Besides, sometimes, the browser extension is slow to load or asks for re-authentication too often.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud has helped us solve a problem we had struggled with before – password sprawl, and insecure credential sharing. Instead of sending credentials over chat or storing in spreadsheets, everything is securely stored in encrypted vaults. Better security hygiene when using the platform is possible with strong password generation, 2FA management, and warnings when credentials are compromised.

 ### 5. Versatile Across OS, but Android Device Erase Configuration Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

It is versatile to support many OS systems

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I feel like the one configuration android devices it needs more work how to erase them.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for a way to manage many devices through a central system, and this is exactly what I found.

 ### 6. Empowers Secure Collaboration with Ease

I like JumpCloud's ability to support a secure identity environment even in a complex business setup. The initial setup was fast, and it effectively helps with assigning identity-based permissions for securing access to shared digital resources.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I find that JumpCloud could have a more adaptive interface layout for different screen sizes and devices.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JumpCloud for secure identity control, solving the difficulty in ensuring secure access to shared resources by assigning identity-based permissions. It supports structuring identity environments, even in complex business setups.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud solves SSO issues and is user-friendly, enabling easy app access on specific consoles and streamlining integrations.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud addresses insecure authentication practices by enforcing standard login security, supports efficient identity structuring without overcomplicating workflows, saves time through easy integration, and could improve by distinguishing between critical and non-critical system alerts.

 ### 9. Powerful Cloud IAM Platform with Premium Pricing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like JumpCloud’s ability to centralize identity, access, and device management across Windows, macOS, and Linux from a single cloud-based console. Strong features like SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle automation make it easy to manage secure access for distributed, cloud‑first teams.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

The main drawback of JumpCloud is its relatively high pricing, which can be a challenge for smaller or cost‑sensitive organizations. Additionally, some advanced configurations can feel complex and may require a learning curve for new administrators.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud solves the challenge of managing user identities, devices, and access across multiple operating systems in a single, cloud-based platform. This benefits me by reducing administrative effort, improving security through SSO and MFA, and enabling consistent access control for remote and distributed users.

 ### 11. Finally, One Login to Rule Them All – Thanks to JumpCloud

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Georgii S. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

What really stands out to me about JumpCloud is the feeling of relief every morning—logging in just once and having everything ready feels like starting the day without clutter. The browser plugin now fills in what I need like it knows what I'm thinking, and it feels strangely good. I enjoy how the phone app and desktop version work together perfectly. I used to get annoyed when I had to switch between platforms in the middle of a task, but now it just works.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

The MFA can drive me a bit crazy at times—there have been mornings when the code just wouldn’t work, or it expired faster than I could type it, which feels ridiculous when you're rushing. The initial setup felt like assembling IKEA furniture without the instructions—took longer than I’d hoped, especially compared to Okta that I used before. Also, as someone working in a small company, the pricing sometimes feels like it’s designed more for enterprises than regular teams like mine.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before JumpCloud, my mornings were spent bouncing between apps, logging into seven different tools, and resetting forgotten passwords at least once a week (I wish I was joking). Now, JumpCloud is like a single front door to my workday. I only have to log in once to get to everything, and it's all safe and secure. JumpCloud feels more personal and less "corporate" than my past encounters with Okta. It's like having a security guard that remembers your face instead of asking for your ID every time.

 ### 12. Jumpcloud makes user and device management easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rusty R. | CIO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

The ease of adding new devices to manage and the built in integrations make it easy to use. Setting up groups for devices and users is a breeze and attaching security policies to them is as well. What use to take several hours now takes just a few minutes. I spend more time waiting on software updates and reboots then actual user and device setup. Customer support is quick to respond when I have run into an issue.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

No major dislikes more like gripes. Password manager will sometimes have to be re-setup after updates for users and either paired with another device they are bound to or from a backup. M365 integration doesnt allow the use of Display name for mailboxes, pushes First/Last and we have to routinely fix in M365 admin for users.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No on premises hardware to maintain. Easy user and device management.

 ### 13. Effortless to Use and Navigate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

It's easy to use and navigate when creating profiles and managing users.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

At times, the basic user interface can become complicated when trying to run certain commands.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reinstalling the JumpCloud profile can sometimes lead to problems with existing devices or when managing more than one device.

 ### 14. Surreal Management with Ease and Intuition

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like the ease of the interface and how intuitive JumpCloud can be. The management is unbelievably good, and I'm impressed by the ease with which the application allows managing users even from the other side of the world.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I believe that after the last update, the application is having some connectivity issues. Sometimes I need to restart the equipment I am standardizing for the policies to start downloading.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud solves connection, management, and company policy application issues, assisting in end-user support.

 ### 15. All-in-One IT Management with Seamless Integration

- Device Management: It enables seamless device management across different locations and countries.
- Software Compliance: JumpCloud makes it easy to identify installed applications and deploy or remove software as needed.

 ### 17. Dependable Authentication for Remote Devices

**Reviewed by:** Amber F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like that JumpCloud provides dependable authentication even in a highly distributed work environment. The initial setup was fast.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I find the lack of a customized approval chain for high-impact identity changes to be a limitation.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JumpCloud for controlling access to edge computing devices. It solves the difficult task of verifying user identity across multiple internal systems by using a unified authentication authority. I like that it provides dependable authentication even in a highly distributed work environment.

 ### 18. Effortless Security with Fast Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alfred S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I really like JumpCloud for its capability of passwordless login adoption using MFA, which simplifies access tremendously. It effectively addresses password-related security breaches by enforcing strong passwords. The built-in zero trust approach further enhances security. I appreciate that it doesn't require complex network configuration, making it straightforward to use. Plus, the initial setup was fast.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I don't like that the SSO app catalog has gaps, especially since some niche or regional SaaS apps require manual SAML configuration.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JumpCloud for passwordless login with MFA, solving password security breaches by enforcing strong passwords with a zero trust approach.

 ### 19. All-in-One Platform with Easy Setup and Continuous Growth

**Reviewed by:** Aleksei Admin S. | IT Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

This is a great platform that offers a wide range of tools and is constantly growing. I have been using it since 2023 and have never thought about switching to another platform. Setting up SSO apps and adjusting other settings is straightforward, making it a very convenient way to enhance security without needing any prior study.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Honestly, it's hard for me to pinpoint anything I dislike. However, I do have a few feature requests.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool lets me make sure that access is granted only to authorized individuals using approved devices. For the rest I have policies set up.

 ### 20. Centralized Management Shines, But Password Sync Issues Need Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shake M. | Senior system administrator manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I appreciate the ability to centrally manage both devices and users, as well as organize devices into groups and utilize the MDM tool. The command options are my favorite feature.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Sometimes, even when devices are connected to WiFi, they still appear as offline. Additionally, there are occasions when devices and JumpCloud passwords do not sync correctly. As an IT professional, I often encounter issues with JumpCloud password locks on devices.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MDM and security compliance are essential for effective device management. Ensuring that all devices are properly managed helps maintain security standards and compliance across the organization.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Customizable login experience branding for different business units.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud helps me by providing an identity service for temporary disaster recovery sites and reduces manual efforts by linking access directly to manage identity. It offers a consistent identity structure regardless of company size.

 ### 22. Effortless Integration and User Management Make It Stand Out

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I find it easy to integrate a wide range of different resources, and managing users and devices is also relatively straightforward. I also appreciate that the Jumpcloud team regularly adds new features and makes improvements to their product.

Customer support has been helpful on the rare occasions we've needed assistance, but thanks to the platform's reliability, we've encountered very few issues that we couldn't resolve on our own.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

In my view, the menus would benefit from some refinement. It would also be helpful to have greater flexibility when customizing policies. Additionally, I find the lack of support for a wider variety of Unix and Linux distributions to be a limitation.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy management of various platforms in the one spot.

 ### 25. Reliable, Developer-Friendly Authentication Platform with Hassle-Free Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian H. | Lead Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

What I like most about JumpCloud (especially through its Okta Auth0 integration) is how seamless and fast it is to implement across our web applications. I personally used its API to build a secure, multi-tenant SaaS platform, and was impressed by how easy it was to set up features like social login, SSO, and biometric authentication. The universal login experience is smooth and intuitive — it felt like I had enterprise-grade security in place within just a couple of days.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

The only major problem I've seen is with the prices; they might be clearer and easier to scale, especially for smaller teams or new businesses. I also had a small problem setting up SAML for a business client, but the documentation and support team helped me fix it promptly.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a robust, scalable authentication solution that could handle multi-factor authentication, SSO, and secure user management across several web apps — JumpCloud (Auth0) delivered that perfectly. Before this, we were spending weeks manually building authentication logic; now, we get it done in days. Compared to building our own auth system or using less flexible alternatives, JumpCloud gives us peace of mind and developer efficiency.

The best benefit is that I only have to log in once, and it solves the headache of juggling multiple passwords.

 ### 27. Streamlined Onboarding with Minor Reporting Limitations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nolan P.

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like that JumpCloud provides zero trust access control by enforcing identity-based authentication instead of network-based trust. The cloud-native directory removes the headache of maintaining on-premises Active Directory. The automation of account creation and app access helps to cut down on manual user onboarding delays. This gives me instant onboarding confidence and was very fast to set up.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I find the limited native reporting depth in JumpCloud to be lacking.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JumpCloud for zero trust access control and automating user onboarding, solving manual delays. Its cloud-native directory eliminates the need for maintaining on-prem active directories.

 ### 28. Jumpcloud Review

**Reviewed by:** Damodaram M. | Lead IT Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

Its support for multiple operating systems and easy integrations improve both security and efficiency. The interface is user-friendly, making administration simple for our team. Overall, it’s a reliable and flexible solution that fits our needs perfectly.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

One area where JumpCloud could improve is in its learning curve for new users. Some features and configurations can be a bit complex at first, which may require more detailed documentation or onboarding support. Additionally, pricing can feel a bit high for smaller organizations with limited budgets.

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I liked JumpCloud because the install and setup were easy. I also appreciated the dashboard stats that let me see important details like space usage and OS versions for each phone.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I could not get the remote wipe feature to work. It just would not wipe phones remotely without their password.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JumpCloud for MDM on iPhones to remotely wipe phones. I like the easy install/setup and enjoy the dashboard stats showing device info like space and OS version.

 ### 30. Using Jumpcloud has made day-today work easier and timely.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud solves unified identity and device management across diverse platforms. It streamlines user access to apps and systems with single sign-on (SSO). I manage Windows, macOS, and Linux devices from one dashboard. Its cloud-based approach eliminates costly on-premises servers. MFA and conditional access enhance security for remote workers. I save time provisioning users and enforcing policies. Costs can add up for larger teams, though. Overall, it simplifies IT management and boosts security.

 ### 31. Jumpcloud is Simple and Intuitive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick R. | IT Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

Jumpcloud is easy to use. The UI is easy to understand, and there is ample support documents for anything you don't know how to do. Its great that its supports Mac and Windows. I use it every day to see what computers need updates and offer remote assistance. If you need advanced help the support team is quick to respond to tickets.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

There are a few quirks with navigation of the menus but they are minor. And sometimes the remote support doesn't work properly, for instance on Mac I cant drag items for some reason.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Give me a unified way to remote into users computers. Allows me to force password changes and give standard users temporary admin rights. I can also look up what users are using what computers for inventory purposes.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

The multi-tenancy feature is implemented exceptionally well, making it simple to switch between different organizations and manage even complex environments with ease. The interface is highly intuitive, and JumpCloud University stands out as the best knowledge base portal I have encountered for any tool.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

The challenges we faced weren't due to the tool itself, but rather stemmed from some initial difficulties with setting up the account, particularly regarding billing. Fortunately, I had a contact who assisted me in resolving these issues, and now everything is running smoothly.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a more affordable solution for managing assets that are distributed across different locations, especially when there is no domain or VPN available for centralized management. It has been beneficial for us, as it allows us to oversee these devices at a reasonable cost.

JumpCloud makes it easy to manage users, devices, and access from one platform. It’s great for setting up secure logins, enforcing MFA, and handling remote work needs. It supports Windows, macOS, and Linux, so IT teams can work across systems easily. However, some settings can be tricky to find at first, and advanced reporting is a bit limited.

 ### 36. Jumpcloud for IT monitoring.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

 ### 37. JumpCloud: A Versatile Identity and Access Management Solution with Strong Radius Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

JumpCloud has been a reliable solution for us, especially with its RADIUS authentication for our wireless networks. It has streamlined how we secure and manage Wi-Fi access, offering a centralized way to authenticate users. Beyond RADIUS, JumpCloud provides an impressive range of other services: remote desktop solutions, directory services, and device management. This all-in-one approach means we don’t have to rely on multiple fragmented tools. The user interface is clean and intuitive, and their support resources are helpful when setting things up or troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

While JumpCloud is powerful, there are some areas that could be improved. The initial configuration can be a bit tricky for newcomers, especially when setting up more advanced policies. Some of the integrations also take extra effort to fine-tune compared to competitors. Pricing, while fair for the value, can scale quickly depending on how many devices and services you manage, so smaller organizations may need to budget carefully.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud’s RADIUS authentication secures our wireless networks by eliminating shared Wi-Fi passwords, giving us centralized control, seamless user management, and stronger overall security.

I like the ability to link users to devices, which simplifies the process of finding a device and grabbing the user to find out details about them. Simplified policies are also a feature I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Minakshi S. | Devops engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

JumpCloud has been really helpful for simplifying identity and device management in one place. I like that it works smoothly across Windows, macOS, Linux, and cloud apps without locking you into a single ecosystem. It makes onboarding and offboarding much easier by automating user access, and the built-in SSO and MFA features give a good balance of convenience and security. Since it’s cloud-based, there’s no heavy infrastructure to maintain, which saves both time and cost.Overall, it’s been most helpful in improving security, customer support, reducing admin overhead, and giving users a better login experience. It gives us that ease of implementation and ease of integration. Also the frequency of use is great.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Mac / Apple device support is not always as mature as dedicated tools. Some policies may not behave exactly as expected on macOS, or there might be delays, agent-issues, or missing fine-grained controls compared to tools like Jamf.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud has solved a lot of the problems we had around managing users and devices across different platforms. Before, identities and access were scattered across multiple tools, which made onboarding, offboarding, and enforcing security policies messy and time-consuming. With JumpCloud, everything is centralized, so new users can be set up quickly, and access is removed just as easily when someone leaves. The built-in SSO and MFA have strengthened our security while making it easier for employees to log in without juggling multiple passwords. Managing Windows, macOS, and Linux machines from one place has also been a big win, especially with more people working remotely. Overall, it’s saved us a lot of admin time, improved visibility into who has access to what, and given us more confidence that our environment is secure and scalable as we grow.

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I like how JumpCloud makes identity governance easier to standardize across different operational models. The initial setup was fast, which was great for our team.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

I think the integrated knowledge base search directly inside the Admin console could be improved.

I use JumpCloud for managing authentication across retail terminals. It solves inconsistent login policy enforcement by applying centralized authentication. It also makes identity governance easier to standardize across different operational models.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Praveen S. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

I find JumpCloud very straightforward to use. Signing in with a single set of credentials across different applications makes my day-to-day work easier. The MFA process is smooth and doesn’t feel disruptive, and I appreciate that I can access everything I need securely without juggling multiple passwords.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

At times, the login process can feel a bit slow, especially when MFA is required and network connectivity isn’t great. Occasionally, switching between applications requires re-authentication, which can interrupt the workflow. While these are minor, a smoother and more seamless experience across apps would make it even better.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud makes it easier for me to access all the applications and resources I need with just one login. Instead of remembering multiple passwords, I can rely on a single set of credentials, which saves time and reduces frustration. The added security of MFA also gives me confidence that my account is protected without making the process complicated. Overall, it helps me stay productive while keeping access secure.

 ### 48. JumpCloud

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashwani S. | Sr IT administrator, Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2024

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

As a company in the Fintech industry, security, compliance, and operational efficiency are top priorities — and JumpCloud delivers on all fronts.

The platform is easy to use, with a clean and intuitive interface that simplifies user enrollment and device management. The admin console makes policy enforcement straightforward, allowing us to maintain strict security standards with minimal overhead.

We particularly value JumpCloud’s Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which helps us meet financial industry compliance requirements and enhances our overall InfoSec posture.

The Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities streamline access to critical SaaS applications, reducing friction for users and lowering the risk of credential-related attacks. Its cross-platform device support (Windows, macOS, Linux) is ideal for our hybrid work environment, and the detailed device reporting helps us maintain visibility and control.

Integration with directory services like LDAP, RADIUS, and SCIM is seamless, and JumpCloud serves as a flexible, cloud-based directory that meets the demands of a modern, security-conscious Fintech tea

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

Occasional sync issues between directory and client devices.

Passwords sometimes fail to sync, causing user login problems.

Real-time updates can be delayed, impacting policy enforcement.

Troubleshooting sync problems can be time-consuming.

Limited customization in reports and alerts for advanced InfoSec needs.

Some areas of the documentation could be more detailed

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JumpCloud allows you to easily set up directory access for remote users. JumpCloud made a usually complicated process simple. That makes it easy to recommend. We needed to set up a Radius Server for remote authentication and authorizations.easily managed MDM device

 ### 49. Standardization of onboardings and management of SaaS/machines with efficient SSO

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

Standardization of onboardings and offboardings, SSO with services, mapping of SaaS services that employees use, management of machines

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardization of an IDP/MDM for all types of operating systems, environments with Linux, Windows, and Mac can be organized with business users in a much better way.

 ### 50. Great Device Monitoring, But Storage Integration Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arik P. | Head of IT & Cyber Security Division, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about JumpCloud?**

It enables my IT team to monitor users' devices more effectively.

**What do you dislike about JumpCloud?**

We were unable to configure our NetApp ONTAP storage to communicate directly with JumpCloud, which forced us to purchase a local DC license as a workaround for the storage. This added significant complexity to our infrastructure.

**What problems is JumpCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using JumpCloud, we managed all of our company's users and devices through a local domain. This setup required us to contact users and have them come to the office whenever any changes were needed for their devices or user accounts.
