The support team from day one to current date, have always done whatever it takes to meet our various shifting needs. They are true partners with you, rather than setting unrealistic boundaries, and/or nickel and diming you for every little thing, like many SAAS providers do in HR/TA. Their incredibly integrated talent eco-system works extremely well and is easy to use... but the key differentiator for me so far has been their unparalleled level if quality service. I have experienced with Joveo team for the business that I am currently supporting with, and they are, by far, the most efficient when it comes to providing support for any issues that we have faced. Additionally, they are also very detail-oriented and meticulous when they provide their feedback or findings for the previous cases. Despite that, it's very easy to understand and easily can be digested when they provided their findings. Even if we are having difficulties understanding the feedbacks (which rarely happens), they will carefully explain to us in Layman's term so that we could pick up easily. Having that said, they also provided a clear format on our next steps to rectify the issues we're facing so that we can have ideas to plan on eradicating the root cause of it. In short, when it comes to working with Joveo team, we have never felt unease or difficult since they are one of the most comfortable and reliable team to deal with any issues.
