It’s also been really helpful for staying on top of follow-ups and keeping the process moving forward. I especially like that the system emails us as soon as a document is signed, which makes our follow-up workflow much smoother and more consistent. Another big benefit is being able to upload our own PDFs and send them to clients for signatures. On top of that, we can create forms, copy them as a link, and reuse them whenever we need. The yearly pricing also feels very reasonable for how much we use the program. **What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?** I wish we could use more of our own PDFs to send to clients for signing. I believe our current limit is 10 per month, but I’d really like that limit to be a bit higher so we have more flexibility. **What problems is Jotform Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were pretty old-school before signing up for JotForm. We had to have clients come in to sign documents, or we’d email them forms for the client to print out, sign, and then send back. It also has a price that makes sense for a non-profit without sacrificing what we need. The integrations with Sharepoint and Saleforce are super helpful. Plus it just works without too much messing with it, which is nice. **What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?** Podo and all of the AI functions are absolutely terrible. Every time it attempts to help me it generates a bunch of nonsense and makes things way harder. The support also defaults to the AI first, which is not helpful as Jotform does have some really informed staff that helped me out as soon as Podo stopped making a mess of anything. I also need to have multiple users sign my forms so I can assign specific sections of the form to be filled out by the appropriate person. I also love the integration with Sharepoint and the ability for everyone to receive the form when completed. I have not used AI yet as I am still figuring out how to integrate but Jotform support has always been helpful when I have issues I use Jotform for a multitude of jobs within my scope. It is always helpful and innovating. I am very happy with recent upgrades to sharepoint **What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?** The two issues I’ve encountered most are: 1) Autofill. Sometimes my users are asked to enter information that includes multiple names and email addresses, and autofill is a little too quick to populate their details. That leads to my second problem. 2) Edits. If the first person makes a mistake and then their higher authority needs to sign second, I can’t correct the error (especially if they were filling it out quickly with autofill). It becomes confusing for the admin (the second signer) when I have to cancel and resend documents, or download the form after the first signer and then re-upload it to fix the issues before sending it back to the admin. Having an edit option after the form has been sent would be life changing. Also being able to track the document from the sign inbox- including views, opens, etc would be helpful. Sometimes when an admin (second signer) opens multiple times but doesn't sign flags me to follow up. I receive the emails when the form is opened and signed bit it would be very helpful to open the sign inbox and see the audit trail there in real time **What problems is Jotform Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’re collecting signed grant agreements from multiple school sites, and each agreement requires multiple signatures. I also like how it is straightforward to obtain a shared link to the document to send to others for them to sign instead of only being able to share the form via email. **What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?** The price is higher than I was expecting or would have preferred to pay considering my limited use of the service. I also disliked the fact that it allowed me to create and share the form without mentioning that it would stop working entirely after ten people had accessed it instead of informing me of the ten person limit and asking me to provide payment for further access. Furthermore, I did not like that the shared link to the document stopped working after a couple days and when clicked would lead to a dead link page and that I then had to recreate the shared link and that I wasn't notified of this when it happened so I could take actions to continue to provide access to the document. It makes it easier to write prompts. I also like all of the functionality it has, like creating forms and creating AI. The initial setup is super easy and very simple. **What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?** The forms sometimes get very difficult to create page breaks, and the first page and second page will show up on the same page. And the preview view always puts the second page first. Also, setting anything time related will only show in 24 hour time, even though it gives you an AM/PM option. So, if you use the option, it'll show up like 1700 am or pm. It's not just a standalone feature that has to be purchased **What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?** I had two issues. First one was when setting up documents to be e-signed there was no option to just save it as a template so I can reuse it later as is the fact with the documents I needed signing which would always go out the same way to clients. It would always be the same stack that gets sent and signed, I only discovered upon accidently closing the window that it is then saved so it can be cloned. However, a "save form" button which is clearly visible and accessible from the page of putting in fields would be nice. If there was such a button already I didn't see it. Another issue was that after inserting my document stack which consisted of about 45 pages, I had found that the last documents paragraphs had been moved around. I know keeping the same paragraph and sentencing structure all the way through from a docx. to a pdf. and then uploaded to your software is by near impossible, however a "replace document" button would solve this problem as it would allow me to replace a inserted document from the stack which has already been uploaded. Due to me not double checking (which I know is a user error) my document stack after uploading to insert signature fields, I discovered my final document in the stack was a bit jumbled, which led me to have to reupload the entire stack again and having to insert all the fields again after fixing my document so it would fit the format of Jotform Sign. A "replace document" button would have solved this issue in minutes rather than the painstaking hour and a half I lost on manually inserting fields all over again. The "detect fields" option did not work on a document stack this large. Each document has its own inbox where the documents are stored to show their status. While I can understand why that setup may sound good, in practice it is extremely difficult to see all my documents and the standing of each client at a glance. Many times I would be looking for a clients document to see if it was signed and because we have multiple different documents, I couldn’t find theirs and would have them just sign another document in person in paper. Another big issue is that Jotform doesn’t allow you to annotate an existing document so I was not able to upload one document (let’s say a consent form) and make changes to it like adding a price. I would have to save 10 different documents to reflect the different prices and then upload each document separately.
