Each document has its own inbox where the documents are stored to show their status. While I can understand why that setup may sound good, in practice it is extremely difficult to see all my documents and the standing of each client at a glance. Many times I would be looking for a clients document to see if it was signed and because we have multiple different documents, I couldn’t find theirs and would have them just sign another document in person in paper. Another big issue is that Jotform doesn’t allow you to annotate an existing document so I was not able to upload one document (let’s say a consent form) and make changes to it like adding a price. I would have to save 10 different documents to reflect the different prices and then upload each document separately. Its extremely time-consuming. **What problems is Jotform Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** it was solving a problem of sending documents at a affordable rate since I already have Jotform, I was using a different app, SignNow, and that become costly as well as yet another app that I need to use. You have to delete and start over. This is a bit cumbersome, especially if there's a tiny edit that needs to be made.
