Jotform's most helpful too is their ability to handle complex plugins like connecting to my Emil client and creating a customer profile through automation, and tools such as the ability for my customers to upload files from their computer to my form. It's a robust form builder that is easy to integrate and reliable to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do think that Jotform requires a learning curve to get the most out of it, but it's free trial is a good introduction to test. It can be highly customizable, and their help center is an aid to figure out complex functionality, but at times I am left with unanswered questions. Thankfully they have a good support system that can answer my questions, but its a longer process to get to the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
