I also like that customers can accept quotes and pay online, that WhatsApp and email updates are sent automatically, and that we can send reports and certs directly from JobFlow. **What do you dislike about JobFlow?** I’d like more reporting so I can see how the business is performing at a glance - ideally with custom reports. I believe they’re already looking into this as a feature, since we’ve requested it. That’s the main thing I’d add. **What problems is JobFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** As we grew, we were using a mix of separate tools for scheduling, route planning, invoicing and working with our partner companies. Coordinating availability and routes across them took up a lot of admin time. JobFlow brings it all into one system, so jobs, scheduling and customer communication happen in one place.
