"Overall friendly, but you can quickly get deep in the weeds"
4/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

Jitterbit lets you do almost anything you can think of because of its complete scripting ability. The only limiting ability is your ability to do scripting within Javascript or JitterbitScript. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

Make it less-code. Not even low-code, just less code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlining Data Manipulation and Handling"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

Jitterbit's interface is highly intuitive, making it accessible even for those without a technical background. Users find it easy to navigate and utilize effectively. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools for data integration, API management, and data transformation, which are essential for efficient data handling and manipulation. Whenever issues arise, Jitterbit's customer support is quick to respond and very helpful, and the training materials are thorough and easy to understand, providing excellent guidance. While the Design Studio is straightforward and easy to grasp, the Integration Studio requires a bit more time and effort to fully understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

While the platform is user-friendly, the sheer number of features can be overwhelming at first. It took me some time to get fully comfortable with all the functionalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple tasks are easy"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Jitterbit?

The library of connectors is impressive. The pattern library is also helpful, though it should be more prominent in the documentation. I also appreciate the willingness of the leadership to solicit feedback and share their plans for the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitterbit?

The hard part about Jitterbit is once your needs progress beyond fairly simple data pipelining tasks, the platform does not scale well. The lack of integration with source control and the inability to really get under the hood means that debugging errors can be a nightmare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alyssa LaRosa of Jitterbit

Thanks for your feedback, Kevin. We’re glad you find our connectors helpful and appreciate your input on the pattern library. Regarding your concerns about scaling and debugging, we’d love to learn more about your specific challenges. Please email us at product@jitterbit.com to discuss further.
