What do you like best about Jellyreach?

The developers are responsive. However, so many features are still missing. I'm waiting for the implementation of items on the roadmap. I like the part where I can use Amazon AWS SES. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jellyreach?

I've had JR for a few months now and stopped using it as it is missing key features. Also, I don't understand why some data (contacts) keep on appearing a few times. And I cannot delete these duplicate contacts in bulk. So I stopped using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
