**What do you like best about Jellyreach?**

The developers are responsive. However, so many features are still missing. I'm waiting for the implementation of items on the roadmap. I like the part where I can use Amazon AWS SES.

**What do you dislike about Jellyreach?**

I've had JR for a few months now and stopped using it as it is missing key features. Also, I don't understand why some data (contacts) keep on appearing a few times. And I cannot delete these duplicate contacts in bulk. So I stopped using it.

**What problems is Jellyreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email deliverability is great. Emails land on inboxes.

**What do you dislike about Jellyreach?**

it is new software I try and didn't find much to dislike. Get a One-time Payment Account to access account. as they have many competitors those provide same software

**What problems is Jellyreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

overall everything is in perfect shape and would love to recommend it to others and my colleague will be happy to do this
