I like that I can keep my clients’ and employees’ information all in one place and everyone at the company can look at it.

The app version isn’t very clear or easy to use for me.

The follow-up on services, issues, complaints, and quality inspections. Now we can resolve the issue more efficiently, creating work orders, adding a responsible person to that work order, and get the issues resolved
