**What do you like best about Jabri?**

Jabri is very user-friendly. It helps the HR team to connect and evaluate individual candidates

**What do you dislike about Jabri?**

Expecting more advance analytical reports

**What problems is Jabri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meeting candidates F2F is very challenging in current times. The telephonic interview does not help a lot.
With Jabri, we can see the response of each candidate and their response to the predefined questions. We can observe the Body language signals of the candidates.
The best part is that it is not mandatory that the interviewer and the candidate need not be available at the same time. This solves the difficult porblem of scheduling the interview at a common time suitable to all involved.

Streamlines the interview process and therefore, saves me time and money

As it is still in beta, there are some minor bugs to iron out

Interview process is time and money consuming - this solution very much helps with that!
