What do you like best about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

I love to have a monthly newsletter that can be customized to meet your clients needs. I love the campaigns that I get with this CRM and that creating new ones is relatively easy. And I love to have a free website. The concierge service is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

IXACT is easy to use, it has lots of options for many different points of contact with my database. It has something for buyers, sellers, past sales and an easy transaction feature. The after-sale nurturing component has been instrumental in keeping me at the tops of clients' minds when it comes time to sell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish it had a built-in scrubbing feature to check for bad email addresses and the ability to identify duplicate leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have reached out to our Support Team and below is the solution:

1. Utilities > Merge Duplicate Contacts 2. No such email validation tool exists in any CRM as far as I know, but there may be online examples. Also, Campaign Reporting shows email deliverability where they can see the emails that bounced, after they were sent.

What do you like best about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

I have used Ixact contact for 8+ years. I think it’s easy to CRM. Most independent ppl don’t use it consistently and therefore not product would help them. If you use this CRM and that’s why an easy to use product is important, you will always be consistent and reap the rewards of drip campaigns, contacts at your fingertips and follow up systems.
