It's thoughtful and easy to use, includes great tools to keep prospects top of mind, and the agent websites available through the platform are nicely done. The customer service is top-notch. I have always found the team to be responsive and helpful. **What do you dislike about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?** I wish there was a section that highlighted the most recently added contacts. Trying to remember a new lead after the fact can take time. I would like to see the last 10 or so newly added contacts in their own window. I wish the iOS app was a little more modern and fleshed out. I understand, that it is a CRM first and foremost, but maybe a partnership with an existing lead gen provider would be an option. I would also like more integrations with other solutions we use. It is also fast as compared to other CRMs in the market. The Drip emails are also well and professionally written which goes to clients depending upon the activity plan set. It also has a reporting & Setting Goals functionality for yourself. I also like the fact that it integrates well with other tools like Zapier which makes my tasks a lot easier. It also has SMS/ Text messages & IDX functionality which is very important (both at additional cost) . **What do you dislike about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?** There is a limit of only 2,500 emails per month. There is option to purchase additional limit, however I think it should have minimum of 10,000 emails which is very easy to get in the basic plan of any other competitor. The CRM also provides website feature but lacks landing pages functionality. Another feature called Social stream is great for US real estate professionals, but not that great for Canada based real estate professionals. **Recommendations to others considering IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM:** It is a great tool and definitely worth value for money. It has a great concierge support which is important to have if you're switching from another CRM to IXACT. They will transfer your existing contacts. The tool itself is easy to use even if the user is not tech-savvy. Even all the additional upgrades like SMS texting are definitely worth the value it provides. The drip emails is the key to always be in touch with your prospects which are well written. It provides 30 days of free trial which is for no doubt a must try for anyone either new to business or planning to switch CRM. The CRM also comes with a tool to provide website which is directly integrated with CRM. It keeps me organized every day with the contacts I need to connect. I can add notes and reminders for specific tasks for prospects.
