I enjoy using the IXACT crm system because it allows me to focus on other aspects of real estate. Receiving notices and reminders for birthdays and anniversaries are very helpful. What do you like best about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

IXACT CRM is user-friendly, has modern websites, sends emails for me, provides excellent follow-up assistance for clients, and the IDX inclusion has helped me gain leads (so worth the extra add-on). This CRM allows you to add your logo to the website, change pictures, and make it your own. Why pay a separate fee for a website and CRM when it can be bundled here for you. What do you dislike about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

The only thing I wish IXACT CRM would implement is more modern websites and more modern email templates. There are a few, but a broader selection would be great. I also wish I had the option to pay for the IDX add-on feature for the year instead of monthly, but that's my preference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
