"Honest Thoughts on Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint ManagementUEM” UEM"
3/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

What I like is the strong remote management and centralized control—it makes handling endpoints much easier, especially in distributed environments. The patch management and policy enforcement are quite reliable, helping maintain security and compliance without constant manual effort.

At the same time, the platform can feel complex to set up and navigate. The UI isn’t very intuitive, and performance can slow down when managing a large number of devices. Pricing is also on the higher side compared to some alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

One area Ivanti Neurons for UEM can improve is the user interface—it feels a bit cluttered and not very intuitive, especially when you're trying to quickly find specific features. The initial setup and configuration also take time to understand, so reducing the learning curve would really help new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Risk-Based Patch Prioritization—But Setup Has a Learning Curve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

Ivanti Neurons for Patch Management is a favorite among IT teams because it takes the guesswork and stress out of keeping computers secure. Instead of just giving you a massive list of updates, it uses real-world data to point out which vulnerabilities are actually being used by hackers right now, so you know exactly what to fix first. It also acts like an early warning system by looking at other companies' experiences; if a specific update is causing crashes or bugs elsewhere, the system warns you before you install it on your own machines. Because it works perfectly for remote workers and handles everything from Windows updates to apps like Chrome and Zoom, it saves administrators hours of manual work and gives them peace of mind that their network is protected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

While Ivanti Neurons is powerful, users often find the initial setup and configuration quite complex, as it requires a significant learning curve to properly tune patch policies and deployment rings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gets the job done right!"

What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

We originally got the software because we were tired of getting phones back locked we couldn't use. It fixed that issue and way more. Implementation was easy with the use of apple business manager and Samsung Knox. Couldn't get by without it now. Does tha basics as well as well into advanced features like location tracking. What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

I think the support team could respond a little faster than they do. Depending on your level of service with the provider you may have to get ahold of your service provider and they relay your message to their support team. Will for sure change that with direct support when its time to re-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The speed of Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management can be a problem. It could be improved by reducing the number of workflows, rules, and script expressions that run on each action. "Comprehensive Endpoint Management with Real-Time Insights"
4/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

I like the level of automation that Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management provides, making it easy for our IT team and giving us the speed to quickly patch new security vulnerabilities. The real-time sensors are a great feature, as they keep us updated with up-to-date information on the endpoint statuses. I'm also impressed with the real-time sensor query engine, as it allows us to ask questions in plain language without needing to learn a technical query language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The initial setup and onboarding process was not all that quick and easy. It took time configuring the workflows, policies etc. I would like to see more intuitive UI for the workflow administration and setup. It took time and had bit of a learning curve initially. "Hands‑On UEM: Early Impressions from a Real‑World Pilot"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

What I like most is the centralized visibility and control it provides throughout testing. Being able to manage different endpoint types from a single console, apply baseline policies consistently, and get quick compliance results makes it feel practical and well-suited for a pilot or a phased rollout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

One downside I noticed during testing is that some parts feel less intuitive, particularly reporting and more in-depth policy tuning. I also ran into occasional sync delays, and the UI can take a while to get used to, which can slow things down during real-world pilot scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Endpoint Visibility and Management from a Single Console"
4/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The AI and intelligence capabilities, specifically the automated self-healing bots, are game-changers for proactive troubleshooting. They resolve endpoint issues before users even notice them. I also appreciate the overall UI / UX of the platform; the dashboard is well-designed and brings Windows, macOS, and mobile management into one cohesive, single-pane-of-glass view. Furthermore, the integrations with our existing ITSM tools and identity providers are seamless, which deeply connects our IT workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The initial onboarding and setup phase can be quite steep. Because the platform is so robust, configuring advanced policies requires a significant time investment, and the learning curve for new admins is high. Regarding performance, while the system is generally very fast, running massive real-time queries or generating heavy historical reports across thousands of devices can sometimes cause minor lag in the console. Lastly, getting advanced technical support for very niche, complex deployment issues can occasionally take longer than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Neurons provide real-time visibility and smooth, low-disruption patching."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

Real-time asset and vulnerability insights: The Neurons platform gives continuous visibility into device health, missing patches, and compliance status.

Cloud-native and scalable: Cloud-based technology allows for better management of distributed environments without relying on on-premises infrastructure.

Improved user experience: Patch deployments can be scheduled with minimal end-user disruption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

Patch reliability concerns occur at times.

Patches might sometimes fail silently or show contradictory statuses, necessitating human verification or re-deployment to assure compliance.

Limited customization in reporting.

While built-in reports are beneficial, creating highly customized or executive-level reports may need additional effort or external tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
