I like that Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management allows distribution from a single agent, which means I can use a single agent to manage all functionalities. Additionally, I find that the agent configuration and deployment is very easy or user-friendly. Regarding bot automation, I highly value the ability to automate multiple repetitive processes, reducing time and costs for our clients, as well as the real-time actions that allow me to provide real-time support without needing to take remote control of the device. Overall, Ivanti Neurons is a great tool for companies looking to maintain centralized management of their endpoints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently, Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management does not allow working with tasks for patch distribution in a scheduled manner, as many clients seek this for greater control when sending a patch. That is, to be able to create a task for a patch and send it to a specific group of devices and not to all devices that have an agent policy, which is how it currently works, a functionality that is common in on-premise tools. Additionally, the reporting module is very limited, as it does not allow generating reports from the complete database of the device inventory, which is something clients frequently request.
