I screenrecord when I have to provide my team with some instructions, guidance, or highlight issues in the work. This means I need short bursts of recording throughout. iTop is ideal for that. You don't have to press much buttons, it is straightforward and just works. Rarely needs debugging or issue solving and allows me to get work done quickly. **What do you dislike about iTop Screen Recorder?** iTop has dozens of other software. Their screen recorder keeps marketing about other products, discounts, sales, and various popups. These popups are non obstructive and never appear when using it, but still I hate it. They are being too aggressive with their marketing. The customer support is not very helpful as well. **What problems is iTop Screen Recorder solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using it to provide work feedback to my employees. Sometimes customer and clients need to be explained some things, they might not be available for video calls. ### 4.
