"Practical and easy tool for Project Management"

What do you like best?

The way of showing all Project team members and activities in just a screen, as well as estimated, reported and accepted hours. The tool has an organized and predictable way of the next steps. Easy to use, it has the Entry Table and Gant Chart to help a project status review. It contains the best practices embedded. It manages the Portfolio, Program, and Projects in an easy way. It helps remote teams to enter the hours spent as in a spreadsheet chart. It handles the Earned Value for Projects follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It cannot get the as-is resources when importing files from MS-Project. It does not have a way to define weights at Programs and Portfolio level. It cannot assign more that one Strategic Objective impacted, but adding more customized fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It supports the road map for Project Management and Maturity levels companies are looking for. Avoid the old paradigm of data is secure only inside the company. Likewise, the usage of this tool requires an organizational change of what people are used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The way of input of real hours spent by remote teams, as it reduces the time spent in communicating. People receive their assignments via e-mail. Real time updates of Project metrics and budget. Savings in infrastructure as it is a SaaS with access via Internet. No updates are necessary as those are performed whenever is needed and we don't need to execute any other programs.
