The tool is clearly designed with practitioners in mind, which makes it a must-have resource for completing my daily procurement tasks. **What do you dislike about ITKDocuments?** I haven’t experienced any downsides so far. Mike is consistently receptive to my needs and always willing to help, continuously improving the system to support whatever use case comes up. **What problems is ITKDocuments solving and how is that benefiting you?** ITK enables me to manage my supply base quickly and easily by creating a dashboard that helps me monitor key deliverables and service levels. Before, supplier performance management was very manual and required me to constantly open contracts just to stay on top of KPIs, metrics, requirements, and other details. This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review. **Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026 **What do you like best about ITKDocuments?** I logged into ITK documents to see if it could solve the real problem of extracting and managing Obligations and SLAs from my contract documents - just in my experience kicking the tires I was impressed. Uploading the files was simple enough, and then extracting obligations, data, SLAs, and summarizing the document took less than 5 minutes. What blew me away wasn't those capabilities, which with some prompt engineering and an API key, most anyone could do, it was the intuitive and straightforward way that that information was then stored for easy use in working on seeing obligations through to completion. The interfaces were clearly built by someone that understands contracts and the pain points for contract managers, and the solution they've put together is intuitive, fast, and not too pricey. **What do you dislike about ITKDocuments?** I don’t see any huge red flags. The initial onboarding experience was a bit overwhelming: I signed up for the 14 day free trial and was taken to a home page with a bunch of different options and places to go. Once I realized you could scroll down on that same page to upload your first document—and that the actual extractions could be kicked off from the home page as well—everything became clear. **What problems is ITKDocuments solving and how is that benefiting you?** A lot of money is lost post signing a contract on the failure to manage the obligations both companies have under the contract terms - delivery times, financial implications of failed delivery, and other such obligations all slip through the cracks and are a constant source of drainage. The problem I saw was that, even when asked simple questions like "how well is that company delivering the work we ordered", the answer usually was more about how easy it was to work with the vendor than specifics about if what we bought was being delivered on time and to spec. That lack of awareness has real cost implications.
