iSpring Learn has enabled us to combine courses for all of the different departments within our company. We are working on increasing utilization in the Learn LMS, but with all the proprietary classes that we have, it has been increasing. iSpring Learn has a great deal of functionality, but there are some features that regularly get added that do not meet the needs and ideas that have been brought to them by administrators that utilize the entire Suite of products. This is the first year of using ispring learn. The user experience is very intuitive and easy to learn with any training. You can simply pick-up and get going. The reporting has everything you need. iSpring learn is super user-friendly and has been super easy for onboarding employees to use. The module course format has made our training process easier for onboarding employees. We recently looked into switching to another LMS format, and we decided to stick with ISpring as it is easy to use when it comes to creating learning tracks and has more value for the price. The reports feature could be significantly improved. I feel there are so many reports that have easier access, which would be helpful, or there would be different formatting of the data. Having only the Starter level of iSpring Learn and iSpring Suite Max, I can still say that iSpring Learn has a ton of capabilities. Between gamification, reports, user management, learning material storage and organization, and creating learning tracks for various departments, iSpring learn has changed the path for our organization - and just in time for expansion. This will be an invaluable tool for our growth. My favorite feature is the easy and fast creation of lesson pages right from the online portal for both macro and micro learning. The drag and drop functionality paired with the sleak and visually appealing UI is wonderful. Integrating new trainings into our onboarding and recurrent training processes is now easier than ever. The Account Executive and Customer Support team have been invaluable in the implementation process. They are incredible friendly, quick at replies, and extremely helpful every step of the way.
