## About ipapi
ipapi is an IP address lookup tool which provides web analytics. It displays a user's location and allows content to be customized for their location. A bulk lookup service allows batch lookups to perform.

**What do you like best about ipapi?**

Ip-API is one of the best services to identify the user's actual location, it provides all the information about the users like isp info with city, state, and country info! documentation is straight forward and they have explained everything in easy language, great work team!  the dashboard is pretty easy to use ! provides a free tier to test out the service.

**What do you dislike about ipapi?**

the least helpful thing with IP-API is protection against IP spoofing, users may use VPN but still, this service won't be able to detect that! another thing is community support, unlike other services this service is not very popular so there is no community to discuss with. and pricing is very high compared to other services in market!

**What problems is ipapi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are using IP-API to identify users' locations to show them relevant content, and IP-API does provide an exact location! it provides users information in JSON format. so it's easy to handle data!
