We really like the finance side of iPAL. The system will chase late payments, and you can set it to email the admin after a certain number of days, so you know when you need to get involved and speak with account holders. It’s also great for seeing how much each club we’ve set up is making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about iPAL? Once children are signed out, they don’t grey out or move to the bottom of the register. When we need to do a quick roll call, having to scroll through the register and just glance at the signed-out button can easily lead to human error, especially in a time-critical situation. What problems is iPAL solving and how is that benefiting you? We don’t have to worry about creating our own registers, parents can update their information at any time, so we don’t need to do it manually for them. I like iPAL because it simplifies things for us and keeps everything in one place. It's really easy for parents to sign up, book on, and pay, which is a big plus. I also appreciate how we can set up different clubs and different payment options all in one place. The support that iPAL offers really helps our team a lot, which is a great help.
