The system will chase late payments, and you can set it to email the admin after a certain number of days, so you know when you need to get involved and speak with account holders. It’s also great for seeing how much each club we’ve set up is making. **What do you dislike about iPAL?** Once children are signed out, they don’t grey out or move to the bottom of the register. When we need to do a quick roll call, having to scroll through the register and just glance at the signed-out button can easily lead to human error, especially in a time-critical situation. We also don’t like that we can’t add safeguarding information to a child’s account, such as a confidential tab. **What problems is iPAL solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don’t have to worry about creating our own registers, parents can update their information at any time, so we don’t need to do it manually for them. We also don’t have to worry as much about invoices, and we don’t find ourselves chasing payments too often. ### 2. It's really easy for parents to sign up, book on, and pay, which is a big plus. I also appreciate how we can set up different clubs and different payment options all in one place. The support that iPAL offers really helps our team a lot, which is a great help. The initial setup was really easy, and the support and setup team helped us integrate iPAL into our business and fully set up the system for us. **What do you dislike about iPAL?** Nothing **What problems is iPAL solving and how is that benefiting you?** iPAL makes signing up and booking easy for parents, simplifies processes and keeps everything organised.
