## About INVOX
INVOX is a call tracking and form tracking platform built for the Romanian and EU market. Call tracking: INVOX identifies the exact source of every phone call received by your business — the Google Ads campaign, Meta ad, organic result, keyword, or offline channel that generated the call. Every call is recorded with its source, duration, status (answered/missed), and caller number, and sent as a conversion to Google Ads and GA4. Form tracking: INVOX attributes every form submission to the traffic source that generated it — campaign, ad, keyword — and sends the lead to your CRM with the source automatically attached. **What do you like best about INVOX?**

Great customer service, very responsive always. From the initial phase to the implementation they are really keen on solving any issue and finding the best solutions for our specific need and client.

**What do you dislike about INVOX?**

Nothing really until now. I took be a bit of time to fully understand the UI/UX, but that's not a deal breaker, the service itself is good.

**What problems is INVOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us better track call conversions, have full transparency for our clients and send better conversion signals to the advertising platforms.
