It is an overall solution with billing and salon operations including the POS machine

The software is helpful and easy to use but the UI can be updated

It help in managing the day to day activities of the salon

**What do you like best about Invoay?**

It has a lot of features. This is why I went with them in the first place.

**What do you dislike about Invoay?**

- Frequent disconnections
- Incorrect calculations
- Issues with scheduling
- Used their android as well as macbook based POS software. Both have issues.
- 2008 UI/UX

**What problems is Invoay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoay is supposed to help me with:
- appointment scheduling
- billing
- employee incentive calculation over each bill
