InviziPoll helps organizations collect honest employee feedback without sacrificing respondent anonymity. Unlike conventional survey tools that store answers on the server in readable form, InviziPoll encrypts every response in the respondent's browser using modern hybrid cryptography, including post-quantum algorithms, before transmission. The platform never decrypts poll responses server-side; workspace operators see only aggregate statistics, charts, and demographic cross-tabs, never per-person submissions, timestamps tied to individuals, or submission-order metadata. Teams use InviziPoll to run pulse surveys, engagement checks, and sensitive workplace topics where truthfulness depends on confidentiality. Authors build polls in a guided wizard with multiple question types, optional AI-assisted drafting within plan limits, folder organization for larger programs, and flexible distribution via access codes, named invites, or integrations such as Slack. Password-protected polls and anti-inference controls help reduce linkage risk as participation scales. InviziPoll is designed for security-conscious buyers: GDPR-minded data handling, cookieless marketing analytics, path-based workspace URLs on Business, SAML/OIDC single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, verified domains, and SIEM audit webhooks on higher tiers. Admin workspace keys use client-side encryption with optional server-assisted recovery for account access. That recovery path is separate from the respondent guarantee that answer bodies stay unreadable to InviziPoll.
