**What do you like best about Invevo?**

I like the interface the best; it is well-designed and makes qualitative data analysis less intimidating.

**What do you dislike about Invevo?**

I wouldn't say I like the cost of Invevo.  A single-user license is costly, and a site license is prohibitively expensive.

**What problems is Invevo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes the process of parsing and analyzing subjective comments and answers to questions much simpler and less time-consuming.

**What do you like best about Invevo?**

Everything in one place, all the tools needed to not only collect payments, but also track progress. Very helpful in team training, everyone understands and can use program.

**What do you dislike about Invevo?**

There aren't really any downfall points I've encountered as of yet. I would like to maybe see a locked in fee system when signing up.

**What problems is Invevo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invevo is solving time crunch problems in that our employees are able to spend less time chasing down payments and constantly running statements.
