Its unique turn-based system allows for meaningful and efficient exchanges without both parties being present simultaneously, much like email or text messaging but with video, ensuring a more personal touch.

**What do you like best about Introview?**

Getting set up and going with Introview was easy and I was quickly able to begin screening my candidates, finding which ones were serious about the position and the ones that were not.

**What do you dislike about Introview?**

There are some nicety features that I hope to see added to Introview, but I reached out to their team about those features and they were quick to respond and said they'd consider adding them which was nice to hear.

**What problems is Introview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Introview made it easy for me to take my pile of resumes for my open position and widdle that list down to those that were actually interested in the position and my company without needing to spend 30 minutes on the phone with each of them. Introview saved me hours during this list applicant search by getting rid of those steps.

**What do you like best about Introview?**

It give us a chance to really take a look at the person behind all of the resumes we recieve. Without Introview there'd be no way to do this.

**What do you dislike about Introview?**

The navigation can be confusing at times, especially when trying to find inbound messages that are directly to you.

**What problems is Introview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its letting us collaborate on hires. Multiple team members can review a candidate without having to put any appointments in the calendar. This keeps the door open on so many more people and prevents lazy hires.
