  ### 1. A neat and ever-evolving intranet solution with a great support team

**What do you like best about Interact?**

The support team are super responsive, including our account manager; this makes it easier as an intranet manager to fix niggles quickly. Since we moved to the latest skin (a few years back now) we're privvy to all the products updates and releases.

**What do you dislike about Interact?**

The Block Editor is SO much better than when it first launched - and I can see constant releases and investment. But if I had to dislike something it would be the glitches for us as authors using certain blocks like bulleted lists (careful where you delete an extra line as the whole thing may disappear) and when placing hyperlinks. There's an ongoing issue where saving a draft doesn't close the editor so you have to crash out of it. A bit alarming for new authors in the company!

Interact gives us a place to share company news, provides a single sign-on portal for many of our business tools and hosts all our policies and guidance.

**What do you like best about Interact?**

Interact offers an easy-to-use, plug-and-play omnichannel platform that is so much more than just an intranet solution. With features that integrate desktop and mobile experiences, email newsletters and digital signage, and the ability to target communications to our unique audiences, it is the single most important platform for our employee communications. What I like best about the platform is its flexibility and AI-forward product development combined with a strong partnership approach. It gives us the tools to design an intranet experience that truly reflects our organization's needs, especially around personalization, mobile access and scalable governance, while also providing responsive support and guidance as we evolve our digital workplace strategy. The Interact team functions as a true partner, listening to our goals and helping us think strategically about how the intranet can drive engagement and efficiency over time. They are fully engaged and genuinely invested in helping us get the most value out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Interact?**

The flexibility of Interact's platform can sometimes come with added complexity. Certain features and configurations require more upfront planning, training and hands‑on support, which can slow momentum, especially for teams that are newer to intranet governance or content management or organizations with complex team structures. Continued simplification and clearer enablement for non‑technical users would be helpful. Implementation depends on tight coordination across strategy, design, training and technical workstreams, which can be challenging to manage alongside internal priorities.

**What problems is Interact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interact is helping us solve the challenge of fragmented internal communication and access to information across a large, diverse workforce. As a large, geographically dispersed healthcare organization, content, tools and updates were spread across multiple systems, making it difficult for employees, especially clinicians and deskless team members, to find what they need quickly. Interact provides a centralized, cloud‑based intranet that brings together news, resources, applications and communications in a single, secure platform, with both desktop and mobile access. 

By enabling personalization, audience targeting, and role‑based access, Interact allows Piedmont to deliver more relevant content to different user groups while maintaining strong governance and consistency, reducing noise, improving usability and helping ensure critical information reaches the right people at the right time. **What do you like best about Interact?**

Interact provides a centralized and structured platform for sharing information across the organization. It allows us to publish communications, resources, and updates in one place so employees can easily find what they need. The platform also offers flexibility in how content is organized and presented, which helps support different types of internal communications.

**What do you dislike about Interact?**

Some aspects of content management and page editing can feel less intuitive than expected, particularly when maintaining pages with multiple sections or expanding elements. This can make updates more time-consuming and sometimes harder to manage from an administrative perspective. Simplifying page maintenance and improving navigation within complex pages would help improve the overall user experience.

**What problems is Interact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interact helps solve the challenge of centralizing internal communications and resources in one accessible place. Instead of information being scattered across emails, shared drives, or multiple platforms, employees can find updates, policies, tools, and organizational information directly on the intranet.

From a communications perspective, this allows us to share information in a more structured and consistent way, ensuring employees have access to the latest updates and resources when they need them. It also supports transparency and alignment across the organization by making key information visible and easy to access.

**What do you like best about Interact?**

I've been working with Interact for six plus years and it's been a tremendous partnership. I often say that Interact is one of the best partners we have. The platform offers a level of service that truly stands out, unlike any other partnerships we have. Interact's constant willingness to innovate is impressive. They always provide a helping hand, listening to their customers and rolling out products and features that improve the overall user experience. I like the AI capabilities, especially the search feature, where you don't have to dig into a document to find answers as it's right there front and center. It's largely about the end user experience, saving time and energy by providing exactly what is needed through the search bar, which has helped build a lot of trust within the platform. The transition to Interact was wonderful, taking about twelve weeks to build, and the process was seamless for us. Also, the initial setup was incredibly easy; the hardest part was content migration.

**What do you dislike about Interact?**

I think that the content management pieces is where we certainly need to have some continued improvement, and I know it's on the horizon. I also think that the analytics are so robust that sometimes it's difficult to find exactly what I'm looking for.

**What problems is Interact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interact solves the problem of reaching every employee, even those without email. It integrates with HRIS, allowing us to connect with the entire team. The search feature saves time by surfacing needed answers instantly, enhancing trust and easing content management.

**What do you like best about Interact?**

It's extensible.
I can write my own widgets with the ADK and iFrame into external server-side scripts for data-driven applications.

**What do you dislike about Interact?**

The user interface (for admins/power users) needs some work.
Add widgets/snippets/templates and over time you'll be scrolling through a list a mile long to find the one you want. Being able to put them in folders would save a ton of wasted time.
There are also some weird rules that make no sense. ADK widgets have a minimum height that's way bigger than any other widget, so I then need to go and add a massive negative bottom margin in CSS. There's no reason for this. I can control padding in pages but not emails...why? Compiled emails use block level CSS but if I put it in myself the compiler strips it out...why?
None of these are huge, but someone needs to work with people who actually use the product and iron out these UX issues. Try a poll of users and see who wants more new features compared to who wants daily frustrations fixed...

It's solving the problem of needing an intranet, which is benefitting me, because my job is managing the intranet.
Seriously, it's flexibility is helping us to make the intranet more engaging.

**What do you like best about Interact?**

I love how Interact serves as our primary employee intranet and email platform, making it easy to house and disseminate important company news, information, and resources. The platform's environment is simple and manageable while offering a bevy of great features with numerous widgets and applications, providing a multi-faceted experience tailored to individual needs. I appreciate that Interact streamlines what used to happen across several platforms into a single technology, improving our performance of certain functions. I also enjoy the exceptional support from the team behind Interact; they have been positive and understanding from sales through to implementation and support, helping us bring our vision to life. The team provides strategic insight and operational support, ensuring we're maximizing the platform's potential.

**What do you dislike about Interact?**

There are little things I'd like to see improved, but nothing is a deal breaker. There are remnants of old versions of the platform in homepage management, the email tool could use some enhancement (fully acknowledging it's relatively new still), and there are annoyances in some of the default settings. When creating new navigation and site structure, the default settings for permissioning is very restrictive. If you forget to update these, your users will not actually be able to experience the platform as intended. Regarding email, there are issues with wrapping text around photos, not being able to adjust line spacing, no preset photo cropping parameters and a lack of poll/engagement functionality. Many of these are standard features in other email platforms, but again, this is a new area for Interact, and I expect enhancements in the future.

Using Interact has improved our ability to house and disseminate company news and engage team members. It streamlines processes into a single technology, enhancing functionality and providing strategic insight and support, making it a valuable switch from SharePoint and Staffbase.

I've had a great experience with Interact. Martin Malone, the customer success manager, has been absolutely outstanding in terms of giving us the information we need and having the conversations we need to have to introduce changes and updates to improve the user experience. I find the system to be very intuitive, and I really like that support is on offer when we need help.

**What do you dislike about Interact?**

I've had a little trouble when raising tickets to get some changes made - but sometimes these things do take a bit of conversation in order to explain what needs to be done.

Interact helps us introduce changes and updates for a better user experience, with outstanding support from Martin Malone, our customer success manager.

**What do you like best about Interact?**

Great customer service. The monthly calls with the customer success manager—and having someone I can email in general—have been really beneficial for asking questions and learning how to use the tool in the best way for our specific needs. I also appreciate the transparency in their roadmap when it comes to upcoming features. Overall, it’s able to hold a robust amount of information and the feed feature has been very beneficial for increasing employee engagement.

**What do you dislike about Interact?**

A lot of their basic communication tools are clunky. 

1. Block editor pages have content blocks that always populate at the bottom of the page so you have to scroll up and down to move content.
2. You can't send emails with multimedia
3. You can't customize email notifications 
4. Calendar invites can only be sent to limited audiences. 
5. The analytics are unable to do year over year comparisons as you can only get data from the last 12 months. 
6. If someone is tagged on a page, they are notified every time an edit/update is made. 
7. If you send a notification to multiple communities with overlapping members, those members will get several of the same notification.
8. Forums default to the oldest post at the top (not the newest) and you can't change that default
9. If you receive an award, the email notification sends you the person's profile who gave it to you. It doesn't send you to the reward.
10. "Best Bets" don't work if the page has more than 176 attachments
11. Graphs developed in the Pulse Survey data can only have a certain number of categories so you can't view all your data on one graph at one time. You have to create multiple graphs.
12. Teams integration - you can only view the chat from Interact. You can't like, comment, reply or anything so you still have to open your teams to communicate.
13. If someone submits a form with an attachment, the email notification doesn't have the attachment. You have to go into the forms manager and get it.

**What problems is Interact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interact provides a central source of information for our company’s technical work-related content, and it also creates a space where our company culture can stay connected across more than a dozen offices nationwide.

**What do you like best about Interact?**

I like that Interact can be a single source of truth for our team members both in the field, in our corporate offices, and around the world if needed. It helps us work confidently and consistently within a large organization, as there is no need to guess if the information is outdated or not approved. I find Interact very user-friendly; I was able to mostly self-onboard within the first three months. It's also great for its document library feature, allowing team members to find information in one place that remains accurate.

**What do you dislike about Interact?**

I would really like to be able to trace where a person was going on Interact by their username/ID - this would greatly help in being able to identify bottlenecks and overall navigation issues that are reported. Enhancing discoverability (navigation), strengthening feedback loops so we are more prone to receive feedback from users, and overall education and awareness - if we could get some more information on quick tips, short trainings, or even embedded guidance when building in block editor and within homepages I think that would be valuable for all creators.

Interact helps our team find accurate information in one place, serving as a single source of truth. It allows us to work confidently and consistently without outdated or unapproved information hassles.

**What do you like best about Interact?**

The platform is fairly simple to amend once you get your head around the odd terminology and their even odder insistence on using "Categories", the general platform is easy enough to use.

Having a CSM is handy and being able to contact them for updates, amends and more information is also very useful.

Its ability to synchronise with our Active Directory has been a great as it made it very easy to get users added and we're seeing a lot of staff use it regularly.

**What do you dislike about Interact?**

The limitations on design and the odd use of "Categories" to structure pages on the platform means a lot of sites end up looking very similar unless you work hard with Interact to make it look different and you find people struggling to pick up how categories work.

**What problems is Interact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to have one place where we can house all of our news and information for staff at work. It means we don't need to send out all-staff emails all the time and it allows our own staff to communicate themselves too.

As well as this, it offers up great collaboration opportunities with forums and the ability to comment on news stories.

I like using Interact for my company intranet due to its ease of use and the breadth of features it offers. The AI search enhances the employee experience by providing valuable answers rather than just links, making the platform more valuable to employees on a day-to-day basis and removing friction. The initial setup was easy, and it integrates well with our HCM system and SharePoint.

Some of the CMS feels a bit dated, but I've noticed it's been getting updated more frequently lately.

This product is user-friendly and simple to learn. Its efficiency allows me to complete tasks quickly, and the intuitive interface means I never waste time trying to figure things out. Overall, it serves as an excellent tool for keeping colleagues informed and ensuring everyone stays aligned.

**What do you dislike about Interact?**

This product is excellent for end-users, but the administrative workflows could use some improvement. Many configuration options are hidden deep within the interface, which makes them hard to locate quickly. Enhancing navigation, making frequently used settings more accessible, and providing in-context help would go a long way toward easing the administrative burden.

**What problems is Interact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We rely on it to share companywide policies as well as department-specific guidelines. Weekly schedules and updates are posted here, ensuring everyone stays informed about upcoming activities. Our “Palms Awards” points system is also managed through this platform, allowing us to recognize teammates for adhering to procedures and embodying our mission, vision, and values. Additionally, it serves as our central hub for company news and events, helping to keep everyone aligned and engaged.

Some of the additional functionality isn't always affordable.

Providing a communication platform for all employees to access 24/7. We have a high percentage of employees who work in production and do not have a company computer or email. So accessing from their mobile phones or personal devices is very important. Being able to house important information, such as benefits info, centrally for on-demand access is important and increases employee satisfaction.

Constantly improving the product and adding new features and very supportive during buildout, launch and ongoing operations. It's an intuitive platform to use as an administrator.

Some key features require additional cost. When factoring this into overall pricing, it can add up quickly.

They consistently add new features, keeping the platform cutting edge and ensuring myself, as the administrator, is not required to add on third-party paid platforms to reach the best user experience.

**What do you like best about Interact?**

I like that Interact is incredibly user friendly and that they are always trying to keep ahead of the curve, never standing still with their development. This allows us to keep making improvements to help our colleagues find things quicker and get valuable time back to spend with the people we support. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to a very knowledgeable and helpful team.

**What do you dislike about Interact?**

I don't like the outdated designs and functionality of Forms in Interact. Also, the Pulse feature lacks development and functionality, especially as it is our preferred option for pop-ups on site. It's way behind Survey Monkey in terms of capabilities.

**What problems is Interact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Interact as our essential hub, letting employees access apps, policies, and documents while connecting through company news. It's user-friendly, continuously improving, and helps colleagues find things quicker, freeing up time for important tasks.

I like that Interact provides a purpose-built platform for internal communications, so everything is in one place. It's a comms hub that staff can use to easily find relevant info for their work and share themselves independently. I like the fact that we can run and customize it from the comms team without needing IT support. I enjoy its good, modern look and appreciate that there are so many features to try out. It requires few resources to run and keeps it fresh and usable for our users.

Their interact software is intuitive and their new block editor has been amazing. So easy for editors to use. Their support is first class and respond to emails and tickets promptly.

There is nothing I dislike about Interact but their email newsletter tool has had some teething issues and bugs which they are continuing to work on and improve.

They are solving problem highlighted by users of their product and this helps ourselves and fellow customer solve the same issues. They are continuing to improve the platform and introduce improvements based on user feedback.

The platform is so easy to use. The click and drop features make is really easy to build a page and the text formatting is consistent. It's the best content management system I've used. It's so easy to create a new page or site and there are a great variety of site widgets available.

The ongoing customer support is amazing. Our customer success manager, is amazing! He is so quick to respond to our questions and provides valuable insight to how we can continue to evolve and improve our intranet. We view him as an extension of our internal communications team.

I find Interact's product incredibly flexible and evolving, which caters well to our business needs. The support team is exceptional; they helped us with technical challenges and implemented effective governance models during the implementation phase. Interactive features, like forums and calendars, help to enhance communication and engagement within our organisation. The rewards feature is a brilliant addition, allowing staff recognition and boosting morale. The application and analytics dashboard are invaluable, offering insights and keeping staff engaged. Post-launch support with a dedicated customer success manager has been really useful, ensuring continuous growth and satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Interact?**

One very minor issue is with the widgets, which can be a little restrictive at times. For instance, on the calendar, we are limited to having only five categories. Being part of a large organisation, we would like to have more categories. Although this is a small product-based tweak, it is something we would like to adjust.

We love Interact's ability to unify our organsiational culture across a global workforce as the digital space our people frequent every day. Once it’s set up, the user experience is intuitive and engaging, and the targeting and analytics tools make it easy to reach the right people and measure impact. It’s a strong foundation for connecting a large, dispersed organisation.  

We had a particualrly enjoyable implementation experience, working alongside the Interact team.  From this, through to the current relationship with our Customer Success Manager, we feel extremely supported and understood in our needs as a customer.

There's no major negatives as such but we're very aware that, as the solution has so much flexibility and configurability , this requires knowledge within the admin roles and continued learning so we're clear on how we're leveraging the solution as best as we can.

Before Interact, our internal communications were fragmented across regions and tools, which made it difficult to build consistency and measure impact. Interact has solved that by giving us one global platform where everyone can access news, resources, and conversations in one place. It’s reduced email overload, improved message targeting, and made it easier for leaders to communicate directly with their teams. The analytics have also given us visibility into what content lands well and where engagement gaps exist, helping us make data-led decisions. Overall, it’s improved alignment, transparency, and connection across our global business.

I really appreciate Interact's extensive customizability, allowing us to manage HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or use widgets and features in the Block Editor without technical skills. The integration with Google Drive and Slack is seamless, creating a central hub for employee updates. The support during setup, including migrating thousands of articles, was excellent, making the transition smooth. The automated workflows and forms streamlined our HR processes, saving significant time and reducing manual tasks.

I am slightly disappointed with how Interact handles feature requests. There are several simple feature requests that have been pending for a long time in the Interact community. These are low-hanging fruit that could be easily and quickly implemented, yet they remain unaddressed.

Interact is easy to use - quite intuitively - and the system makes it feasible for us to have a global intranet that delivers information to our employee base across several regions. Interact also makes several updates, so I feel like we are always getting the latest and greatest. Interact makes it so that the end user's experience is always considered, so I have confidence that the software will assist me in my role to foster engagement and inform.

Occasionally, there are errors - which is annoying. Also, there are times when certain features do not work the way in which they are supposed to, and that can be frustrating.

**What do you like best about Interact?**

I spent weeks researching and reviewing intranet options, and Interact was easily the best option I found. Interact is simple to use but has a robust amount of features available. This made it easy for someone like me who doesn't have a background in web design to create a valuable and aesthetically appealing product for our organization. I also love that it integrates with Microsoft 365 so I don't have to worry about creating or deleting accounts - it's all done behind the scenes. I recently recommended Interact to a friend who was interested in intranets for his own organization. I told him we went with Interact over SharePoint for two main reasons. First, SharePoint would require more research and resources to create the kind of result we were looking for - and even then, it wouldn't have as many features available as Interact. Second, even after customization, SharePoint felt like a Microsoft product with our logo pasted on top, while our Interact site feels like our organization's brand from top to bottom. I also shared how impressed I was at Interact's creation process. I had multiple people, including strategists and IT support spend hours with me to make sure I felt comfortable with Interact and that our site was thoroughly planned and executed before we launched. Even after launch, I've always felt like there's been someone from the Interact team who is available and invested in our intranet's success.

**What do you dislike about Interact?**

Our biggest internal complaints about our intranet have more to do with things outside of Interact (e.g. Microsoft 365 and internal buy-in), so for me to think of things I dislike I have to be very nitpicky. One thing I've struggled with is finding the answer I'm looking for in the community support. My issue is either not listed or the information is dated, so I usually end up going directly to a support person to help and they're always quick to respond.

**Recommendations to others considering Interact:**

If I ever need to create another intranet in the future, I will definitely be using Interact. I feel like the Interact team genuinely cares about making our intranet a success, rather than just getting us to sign up and then dropping all contact. I received tons of positive feedback from my superiors when we created our intranet, which further solidified that I made the right choice.

One of the main reasons our organization was interested in an intranet is because we have more than 350 employees at 20 different locations. This made it difficult for us to have consistent branding and communication with our staff. By now, we all know what an intranet should do. We know how to align our company vision, how to set objectives and how to measure whether our objectives have been met. We know how to build a list of requirements. We all know how to find a solution that works for a company. But Interact offers so much more. They offer an intranet where people come first. Because, if we look at the bigger picture, it's people who drive our businesses. Without people, we don't have a business.  

If you ask people what they want, you'll get replies such as knowledge management - "I want answers". "I want to find a person". "I want to know who the best person is to help me". Employee engagement - "I want an app where I can write a quick post". "Receive a message if the office is closed today". "Be able to reward my peers and receive recognition for a job well done".  "I want to chat to my team, or to my community". "I want to have a voice, and to be heard".  Enterprise search - "I want a quick and easy way to find what I'm looking for," or "fill in a form," and "I want to be able to read posts and documents in another language". Plus the biggest request is always around social - "I want to post, to blog, to like and to comment - just like on social media."

Interact offer a solution that works for people. It can be personalised to the user. Offer social features, knowledge management and enhances employee engagement.

Interact no longer offer an on-prem solution, however most providers have now moved to the cloud as this offers more file storage space, no downtime for upgrades, full disaster recovery and less time/inconvenience when setting up.

Without needing to use external tools, Interact offer broadcasts - where users can be notified via email, through the app or sms if there are any issues. Imagine how beneficial a feature like this would be during a pandemic...

We have enjoyed working with Interact for the past two years. Our staff intranet has proved extremely popular and has been well utilised by staff since it was introduced. As an administrator of the site, I find it simple to use and the comprehensive customisation options to be very useful, as it allows me to populate the site with a wide range of content and keep it dynamic and well organised. The system was particularly useful during the coronavirus pandemic as it helped to encourage communication between colleagues and allowed us to create several fun and interactive activities to boost morale. From an IT perspective, the site is secure and has an excellent support community, whilst we are able to integrate with Active Directory and our other systems. We look forward to continuing to make best use of our intranet for many years.

Very little - the picture library is a little clunky to use and using forms will require some level of training and/or previous experience.

Make sure you do the work internally first so that you know what you want from your intranet. Interact will have some good suggestions, but every company is different, and the fact that you can do almost anything with the platform means you need a clear vision for how you want it to look.

I'm impressed with the level of customer support we receive, not just if and when things go wrong. Our customer success manager has given us some excellent advice and examples of how we can get the most out of the platform. The service desk is responsive and Interact are quick to flag any service issues.

On a technical level, the intranet has good integrations with some of our business applications (OneDrive, SharePoint), which helps it feel like a natural extension of the productivity tools we already use. The site looks great, is pretty simple to use, and is easy to look after as an administrator.

**What do you dislike about Interact?**

Product development isn't straightforward - ideas raised via the client site won't always make it to development, and it sometimes feels as if relatively trivial functionality is introduced at the expense of improving longstanding pinch points. Some functionality feels slightly old fashioned, and improvements could be made to make the inbuilt analytics richer, especially as many organisations need to evidence staff engagement and impact of comms. Tools like the calendar are underpowered (users can't create recurring events) and don't match up with functionality available in other applications.

**Recommendations to others considering Interact:**

Think about how you need your intranet to integrate with other systems you're using (file storage, company-wide communications, instant messaging) and be clear about which platform you'd like people to use for each activity. Interact's strengths are in creating a news and information hub that brings people together and linking to other applications - it's collaboration tools might not outcompete Workplace, Yammer or applications like Slack.

We've had a ton of success leveraging Interact as the platform that brings our other tools together. Initially, we launched the intranet as a way to support the many changes taking place in our org. Using many of the HTML embed features, integrations, and permissioning - we've been able to share it as a single source of truth, even when pulling from other services like Smartsheet, Tableau, and our CMS.

If I had to pick a single feature I like best, it would definitely be the search functionality. It searches the entire site, many attachments, and even provides top results from within onedrive or sharepoint. It's made accessing the information we already have stored exceptionally better - and it's one of the more user friendly options we researched.

**What do you dislike about Interact?**

Many of the reviews I read mentioned the back-end learning curve and I'd second that. It can take some time to really understand how to manage the system behind the scenes. The good part is that the front-end user experience is phenomenal and once you have your admin team up and running, it really is an easy tool overall.

It really is a one-stop shop. We use it primarily as a knowledge base vs. a culture hub (although we really enjoy those features as well). It's an aggregator where we can link/embed/upload information from all over our organization and leave it easy to find, update, and use.

The software is simple and easy to use - you don't need to be a web expert to be able to build and manage content. There is flexibility in how to add and use the widgets so you can make the site and each content area your own. Whenever we've had issues the team are always on hand to quickly offer support.

We're able to reach our whole workforce - who following Covid are more dispersed than ever. One thing I wish we did was have a better understanding of Interact's structure and layout (categories, Content Areas, etc) and how we were going to transfer our content from our old SharePoint site. Looking back we did not fully grasp the categories feature and would have done things a bit differently, for example, create fewer categories to group information together and make it easier to find.

**What do you like best about Interact?**

I like the social interaction features available with Interact
Building widgets and pages are also easy

**What do you dislike about Interact?**

Reporting - it's a continuing frustration that we can't get the reports we need despite many meetings with the supplier - but we're still having to get data from various different sources, taking us half a day to create a report. This is why I've given the score a 7 otherwise it would be higher

Social interaction, sharing colleagues' voices, sharing information, having a credible version of the truth with a reliable search engine

Ease of use and training. Good support from the team.

The community is hard to use and user comments/feedback is often ignored - there's a lot of unresolved questions dating back quite a long time.

Consider timeframes, rollout plan and how you expect to iterate prior to selection.

**What problems is Interact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration and communication issues with our sales teams. We've found centralising everything into a single resource has helped and streamlined their day-to-day jobs.

I like the ease of use of the intranet.  It's pretty intuitive to use.

There's not anything that sticks out at the moment.

We now have a central repository where information can be found for employees. It's beneficial because it becomes a self-serve service, especially for new hires.

There isn't a huge learning curve, its fairly easy to navigate once you get the hang of it
