**What do you like best about Bennie?**

Bennie helps me understand our benefits process and make decision more easily. They translate benefits into something easily understandable and are incredibly supportive and helpful!

**What do you dislike about Bennie?**

I can't think of anything I dislike about Bennie. They really help us with everything. One thing that might be helpful is if there's more clarity around timing of when a new employee is onboarded into the system.

**What problems is Bennie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time savings and understanding of the benefits space. Our Bennie account managers help support us through Benefits Enrollment and provides great data so we can make informed decisions about what we want to provide and how we want to grow the program. The time savings is incredible too, I'm not a benefits expert so for me to try and figure out an answer takes so much longer whereas I can now just direct our employees to Bennie! 1/2 the questions we get are easily answered with the app as well!
