The platform is insightful and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Intelligent Audit?** No negative feedback for Intelligent Audit. Any issue or question we have had has been quickly addressed or resolved by the IA team. **What problems is Intelligent Audit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We changed consolidators, and our contract was based on a Czarlite tariff. Unfortunately, our TMS could not ingest the variable rates associated with it. This left us having to manually rate the invoices, which was adding 15-20hrs of research each week.. Intelligent Audit set up a freight audit profile based on our parameters, fully automating invoice validation. This has been a huge time savings for our company. ### 2. Shows clear view of all Invoices been charged to company for logistics and transportation related. Remove middleman or agent in between. Direct reach to logistics companies across all Geo's. Easy to read changes levied on Invoice and pass it through the multi layer approval process. Schedule weekly, daily or monthly reports. **What do you dislike about Intelligent Audit?** One thing would like to add which is to enable notifications as and when the invoice is pending approval. Email notification would be perfect. **What problems is Intelligent Audit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Removing the middle layer for us to directly connect with the logistics company without having any agent in between. Faster processing on Invoices for payments, as auditing and approvals are managed through workflow so it flow step by step. One time registration of logistic companies are required and afterwards easy to link. ### 3. The data made available and the customizable reporting features have been extremely useful in helping us to control our spend, identify areas for improvement and police our vendors who don't comply with our routing preferences. The support we receive from our Account Exec is unmatched from any other vendor we use. **What do you dislike about Intelligent Audit?** Getting vendors set up w/ EDI can sometimes be a pain, but once up and running, it's a super seamless process from there forward. **What problems is Intelligent Audit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their Bill Payment and GL Reporting services have saved us 40+ manhours per week - time saved that we can spend on other more pressing work. It's incumbent upon the user to have accurate information provided to Intelligent Audit along with ensuring suppliers submit their bills in a timely fashion. **What problems is Intelligent Audit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the platform for all of our small parcel shipments.
