It has a very clean interface, at Business Fitness, we use it as our public status page (status.businessfitness.com), and it has become a key part of how we handle incident communication. The biggest value is how seamlessly it integrates with Intercom we can surface live status updates directly inside the Intercom messenger as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall, there’s very little to dislike about Instatus in our use case. It covers our needs well for both our public status page (status.businessfitness.com) and integrations with Intercom, especially for incident communication. Maybe a nice have would be having more built-in monitoring capabilities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
