"Insphere Speeds Up SRS Drafting with ISO/IEEE-Aligned Docs and Slack/Teams Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Insphere?

I'm a staff engineer at an insurtech company, so I spend a lot of time writing and reviewing Software Requirement Specifications. We started using Insphere mainly for the Product SRS Agent, and for a first draft it actually saves time. You feed it your user inputs and a template, and it spits out a structured document that aligns with ISO and IEEE standards, which is a nice touch because our compliance team cares about that stuff. I also like that it connects to Slack and Teams. We use Slack heavily, so having the agent right there in our channels instead of a separate tab makes it easier to actually use. The revision tracking is helpful too when multiple people are editing the same spec. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insphere?

The output is a starting point, not a finished product. I still have to go through every section and fix things. Sometimes it misses edge cases or makes assumptions that don't fit our domain, and in insurance that's a problem. The self-hosted setup was also more work than I expected. I'm a developer so I can handle it, but it's not plug and play. You need to be comfortable with infrastructure and picking your own LLM, which took some trial and error to get right. I also wish the integration with our internal tools was smoother. We use a few custom systems and getting those connected took some effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Self-Hosted Deployment and Slack-Based Agents That Fit Our Security Needs"
5/5
What do you like best about Insphere?

We started looking at Insphere because our security team is very strict about where our operational data lives. We can't just send everything to a vendor cloud, so the main draw for us was the self-hosted deployment. The fact that we could run it on our own infrastructure and choose the LLM that fit our budget was huge. We ended up using it primarily for the Sales Forecasting Agent to help us predict pipeline bottlenecks for our network capacity planning, which is a bit of an unusual use case, but it worked. The agents operate inside Slack, which our teams already live in, so adoption was decent once we got it running. It’s a solid tool for data unification if you have the infrastructure to support it. What do you dislike about Insphere?

The setup process is not for the faint of heart. You need a team that really knows their stuff to get it deployed and integrated properly. It took us longer than we expected to get it talking to our CRM and internal data sources. Also, while the "pay-as-you-go" model is nice in theory, monitoring the usage and cost requires constant attention. If you don't watch it, the costs can creep up, especially when the agents are querying the LLM heavily. The interface is functional but feels a bit cluttered at times. "Insphere Streamlines Editorial Workflows with Intuitive UI and Generative AI"
5/5
What do you like best about Insphere?

I love Insphere's capability of making the editorial workflow and marketing insights management process so much easier owing to excellent UI/UX design. Thanks to the platform integration of Generative AI technologies, we manage to easily organize the information on campaigns, write research summaries, and follow media trends with good precision. Moreover, Insphere provided us with useful AI Consulting at the very beginning which helped understand how to use automation without compromising on the quality of our content. What do you dislike about Insphere?

Even though the daily content dashboard is easy to use, browsing through big reports archived by the platform may sometimes go slower at peak publishing times. It would be nice if there were more quick filter options available for searching through the archives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
