They are friendly and have made working on our big projects feel more enjoyable. They have created great solutions for things that seem so complicated to us. If there were ever any issues, they worked to resolve them as soon as possible. They also help us figure out the most cost-effective way to get something done, which is excellent for us as a nonprofit. They take the extra time to train us on how to not only use what they made for us but to use other aspects of Salesforce. **What do you dislike about Inovi Solutions?** Most of the people we worked with on a day-to-day basis were overseas, so sometimes the time difference was a bit inconvenient if there was something that I needed attention on the same day. **Recommendations to others considering Inovi Solutions:** Inovi Solutions was recommended to us and has been a great investment for our agency. I think it's helpful to know exactly what you want upfront and what extra things you may need in the future so they can build it out to accommodate growth. **What problems is Inovi Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a non-profit and Inovi Solutions helped us figure out a solution to completely run our child care scholarship program through Salesforce. They customized everything for us and now we are able to have families apply online, submit documents, enroll in our program, pay child care providers, track payments, get feedback from families, obtain quick statistics about our program as well as very detailed reports. Inovi Solutions has saved us so much time and effort in our program and has allowed us to expand our program because of that. We have been able to stop using paper documents, Excel and Sharepoint to run our program - now, everything is through Salesforce. ### 2.
