Maybe it wasn't utilized enough...and those who did use it enjoyed it, but it was hard to touch the larger organizations. We implemented the cell app too late. Maybe that would have engaged those in the field. **What problems is Innovation Minds Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provided recognition to our EEs it was great. I wish we would have had peer to peer recognition. In all platforms, abuse happens. I think maybe those who knew to comment or work the system to get points did. Many didnt nor accessed it at all. For me, I enjoyed the birthday wishes, the service notices, and the rewards that turned into gift cards. ### 2. I'd like to see different pictures to add to the acknowledgements.
