I primarily use Innovation Minds Enterprise for performance management and really appreciate its intuitive nature and AI assistance. The AI features stand out, providing great help with submitting OKRs, managing work progress, and offering real-time manager coaching and performance reviews. The AI assistance is a favorite among our employees/managers for goal writing, review writing, calibration, and bonus planning. The ai tool IM Wizzy is handy and can be used whenever needed. I also like having a dedicated customer success manager who is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues, which is especially valuable with new vendors.

Its comprehensive employee engagement features, performance management capabilities, customization options, and seamless integrations make it easy to drive employee participation, recognition, and continuous performance improvement across the organization.

It's beneficial in reminding us of people's birthdays and anniversaries. It gives us a public forum to recognize fellow employees. It's user friendly and I like to logon each morning to see who's special day it is.
