inndox is a digital logbook for major assets like residential and commercial property, caravans, boats, and vehicles. inndox is used by companies to provide a fast and easy handover and automated after-sales service to help owners manage warranties and maintenance.
inndox also empowers property owners by giving them control of their property records and maintenance while ensuring available data is there to be easily transferred to the next owner.
inndox can be shared with a prospective buyer at sale time to give them confidence that the home (or other asset) has the necessary approvals and certificates e.g. Flammable cladding clearance, Pool Safety Certificate, Electrical Safety Certificate, Certificate of Classification, Gas Safety Certificate and all other property related records the seller wants to share. This creates a lot of confidence in a buyer to pay the maximum sales price.
This logbook can then be transferred to the new owner when the asset is sold and kept up to date by the new owner. If the asset is still under warranty the new owner will be sent regular alerts about warranty expiry dates and defects management (if this was set up by the company sponsoring the inndox logbook).
