**What do you like best about InfinitySales?**

What I like most about InfinitySales is how it turns complex business processes into simple, automated workflows without requiring a large technical team. The SOP automation is especially powerful—it helps document and standardize operations while the system actively executes those workflows using AI.

The Phone AI Agent is another standout feature. It reliably handles inbound calls, books appointments, and captures leads 24/7, which is critical for businesses that operate outside normal hours. The platform also integrates well with calendars and CRMs, reducing manual follow-ups and operational overhead. Overall, InfinitySales makes automation practical and accessible for growing teams.

**What do you dislike about InfinitySales?**

Because InfinitySales is highly customizable, there is a short learning curve during the initial setup to fully understand how to structure SOPs and automation logic. However, this is expected with a flexible automation platform, and the onboarding support helps shorten that process. Once configured, the system runs smoothly and delivers consistent results.
