**What do you like best about Incerto?**

Seamless Integration with ClickHouse cluster using dokcer containers.
The utility to track all the nodes and alerting based on issues and they also providing the remedies using the db utility tool.
Continuous Improvement in there products as we give feedback.
Flexibility of the utility tool that can be impletemented seamlessly.
Utility is easy to understand and use.

**What do you dislike about Incerto?**

Not dislikes actually, but improvements for alerts sending on slack.

**What problems is Incerto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Incerto is helping us to develope and maintain clickhouse clusters. Also providing monitoring and remeditition service for us.
Parallel tasking feature is also useful when working on various nodes.
Using Ai for the new issues for proper understanding and solutions.

**What do you like best about Incerto?**

Very seamless and natural to use. Beautifully designed and helps with my database tasks.

**What do you dislike about Incerto?**

Currently supports only AWS and GCP, looking forward to Azure integration.

**What problems is Incerto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves a lot of time in my database tasks. It identifies the correct context for tasks and the agents take care of it. The resoultions are accurate and resolve most of my Database tasks. 

The ability to add templates, which represents my Business logic, helps me create schemas and automate query creation. 

The query optimization feature has saved me countless hours for finding right set of indexes and parameters for different queries and schemas.

Better documentation should be implemented.

It improves my productivity of using databases. I don't write any sql queries by hand, AI does it for me!
