**What do you like best about Inbox.eu?**

Relatively simple UI/UX with logical interface

**What do you dislike about Inbox.eu?**

Support is extremely inconsistent. My accounts were repeatedly suspended without clear reasoning or prior notice, even after providing requested explanations and compliance documentation.

Despite receiving confirmations that everything was resolved, the same issues kept happening again later. This created significant operational disruption and made the service unreliable for business use.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them for anyone relying on stable email infrastructure.

**What do you like best about Inbox.eu?**

Email that is easy to setup and use. Ad-free experience for a budget friendly price (especially great for mid size teams). Email allows sending large attachments without hassle, very handy for a  agency business.

**What do you dislike about Inbox.eu?**

Some functions, like setting up signature or automatic response email, is lacking in mobile app (iOS particularly).

**What problems is Inbox.eu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in fast and efficient communication with clients and suppliers. It allows and easy deliverability of different work files.
