**Describe the project or task Ignify helped with:**

I am a customer service representative at Essential Wholesale & Labs. My primary use for Ignify is to place customer orders and set up customer accounts. I can also see things like invoices and tracking numbers

**What do you like best about Ignify?**

Ability to search for orders or accounts using multiple criteria

**What do you dislike about Ignify?**

The interface could use an upgrade. Constantly wishing it could do more. The invoices that are available through Ignify do not have a very good layout.
