**What do you like best about IDR?**

We are extremely satisfied with IDR. This software uniquely integrates device procurement, asset management, and recycling into a single, seamless solution. It has streamlined our daily operations and ensured compliance with industry standards. Additionally, it empowers our IT department with a comprehensive overview and the flexibility to easily create customized reports. This has been a game-changer in how we manage our IT assets. The responsiveness of IDR customer support and development team keeps on amazing me month over month.

**What do you dislike about IDR?**

The few issues that we have stumbeled on has been solved quickly and I really appriciate the support and willingness to really understand our needs and adopt.
