With any software it is only as good as the people who use it and allowing them to see how it will enhance and add value to their work. CP Policy Management integration team has done a great job understanding our needs, putting themselves in the shoes of our employees and providing options and solutions to address out most common opportunities. Enhanced reports, ease of navigation and the introduction of "how do I" self-help library of support has been a game changer in how we interact with software.

I will start with the same way I introduced the positives. Software is only as good as the users who use it. While getting much stronger and better the number one request for improvement in our document management program is stronger search features. I believe change management and training are core to shift this but simple items like changing terms like "search" instead of "filters" can go a long way.

The ConvergePoint application is an effective and easy to use tool for our Policy Management needs. The technical support provided by the ConvergePoint team has been brilliant.

The administration elements can be challenging to get to grips with, but there are great resources available in the HELP section, recordings of training, user guides and an extremely helpful support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Funcationality is puspose built for policy management, including workflow managmeent, audit logging of approvals, track changes for document updates, tracking of due dates, and easy rollback to previous versions. The document library interface is easy to navigate and searchable for the basic user. ConvergePoint customer support is very knowledgable and has been extremely helpful supporting the product. Users require training to use the software, and generally need a one on one walkthough. The users find the workflow process to be confusing which results in a lot of questions. The SharePoint back end has a lag when status is registered and users must refresh the page to see changes in status for workflows. It is contantly making our job simpler and efficient. The automation keeps our review and approval process up to date and we have not failed an audit in ten years. At first, when I saw the project plan and saw the number of calls that it would take to get the product up and running, I was concerned. But now that I am through the process, I am SO happy that ConvergePoint takes that approach. I am simultaneously learning two different products at the same time - ConvergePoint and a new LMS. I will tell you, I feel like I know ConvergePoint inside-out because of their approach to the project. (Whereas, I'm struggling to learn the new LMS I manage.) Andy Tran has been instrumental in making this a smooth process; from integration to uploading the policies - he's walked us through every step. He is so clear in his instruction and so patient with newbies! The tool itself is user-friendly, sleek, and makes policy management a breeze. We truly couldn't ask for more. ConvegePoint Policy Management is perfect for what we were looking for in automating reminders and having all of our policies in one location. Customer support was the best part of the process. The training was well done, with step by step, week by week, processes. Nakita was available every step of the way. Once we were ready to roll out on our own, we had some hiccups, and Andy was super responsive, along with Nakita. At first, we were getting tons of emails at every step of the way. I needed to go back in and see what step triggered what email.
