It means that whenever I give a feedback, the product team will take into account and then they will immediately apply it. Like last week, I gave a feedback about I want it to be more details for the AI to ask the candidate the right question, then they actually implemented it. So it is quite pleasant to use and knowing that they always listen is a major upside for the platform **What do you dislike about Flowmingo?** Nothing at the moment, hope it can be integrated for ATS in the future **What problems is Flowmingo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flowmingo is solving the headache of traditional recruitment. Normally, you spend hours screening CVs, arranging interviews, and still end up unsure if the candidate is the right fit. With Flowmingo, all of that is simplified. Candidates go through the AI interview, and I immediately get structured insights without having to chase them or waste time. For me, the biggest benefit is that it saves a lot of effort while still giving me confidence in the quality of the candidates. ### 2.
