## About ICTFax
ICTFax Service Provider Edition is an open-source multi-tenant and white label Fax server software solution for businesses and Internet Voip/Foip service providers and it will enable ITSP’s to offer both Outbound/Inbound Online Fax Services to their customers like Efax or myfax. ICTFAX is an Email to Fax, Fax to Email and Web to Fax gateway application, supports Extensions / ATA, REST API’s and T.38, G.711 pass through and PSTN faxing. ICTFAX is based on open source Freeswitch, ICTCore and Angular Framework

**What do you like best about ICTFax?**

I personally in my business like that it is compatible with freeswitch as I know this is very popular with my education customers

**What do you dislike about ICTFax?**

The user interface it's great for older software versions but I feel with the newer ones they tend to struggle but in fairness new software is every 3-6 months now

**What problems is ICTFax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The barrier with older school teachers in education sector still using fax online
