Sending a fax has never been easier. There's no need for printing or handwriting on documents, waiting by the dial pad to ensure it went through, or wasting paper. It's also incredibly simple to access the history of the documents I've sent. There is no training required; it's very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I use Upland InterFAX mostly for sending and receiving fax, and I like that all faxes are in one place. It's pretty user-friendly and straightforward for our purposes, making it easy to use. We often attach files to nearly every fax we send, which is something I value a lot. The initial setup was fairly easy and didn't take much time at all, which I appreciated. I often find that too many or perhaps too large files appear to be uploaded and attached, but then the transmission fails. We've had to send multiple faxes to accommodate many uploaded files so that it can be sent successfully. Also, whenever any fax fails to send, we do not get any notification about this, so we can't attempt to resend it. We have had to try to get in the habit of checking the outbound fax list to ensure that faxes have indeed been sent, but this reduces the program's efficiency and takes up necessary time. It's been a convenient and reliable service for me. I've been using it for almost 15 years and have never had a complaint about it. The ability to send and receive faxes is something a lot of lawyers don't have anymore but I believe that it a fax lends an aura of gravity that an email does not. Initially I did not like the interface - it seemed a little clunky and outdated when I started using it in 2011 or 2012, but now that it's grown on me I realize that this is not a bug but a feature. I really like Upland InterFAX because my account stays active even if I don't use it often, which is great for someone like me who only sends a fax once or twice a year. I might not be aware of how to do this, but I wish it would save fax numbers with a name, or etc, so that I can just type in a name each time and have the fax number come up automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
