**Describe the project or task iChat Leads helped with:**

We released a new Android game and we contracted iChat Leads to handle our overflow of customer request. We eventually changed our customer service around to where iChat handles our entire customer service department.

**What do you like best about iChat Leads?**

24x7 availability, can scale up in less than a week, an in-depth training program that was created alongside our brand, 24x7 availability to recorded and live calls, transcripts, customer ratings, and secure file storage to send files back and forth.

**What do you dislike about iChat Leads?**

They are not really responsive to small things via the website but our account manager is usually on top of issues before I even figure out there is one.
