What do you dislike about Delhivery?

Sometimes the tracking of the assets takes time to update in their portal which may cause some confusion since we are dealing with valuable assets, also sometimes unexplained delays might occur without any explanation during the last mile of the delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Delhivery solving and how is that benefiting you?

They helped deliver assets that included laptops, Personal computers, and other IT assets during the pandemic. The shipments had both inward and outward movement of assets to employees or back to the office without any major delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Delhivery?

Their support team doesn't have any contact number. So you have to create ticket or mail them on their support email address if you face any issue with your order. If you have any emergency with your order then it will take time to reach your query to the concerned team for which you may face loss. Once product didn't delivered and marked as returned you have to pay return cost also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best 3PL E-commerce Logistics Solution"

4/5

Describe the project or task Delhivery helped with:

I have worked with Delhivery for more than 3 years. This was my first company with whom I started my projects. I have worked as a 3PL partner for this company. It has a franchise program through which you can join Delhivery to serve your location. Delhivery has thousands of e-commerce clients for whom it is delivering their products across India and outside India too. It has reached every location in India. I covered a total of 7 pincodes to provide both first-mile and last-mile delivery service with Delhivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Delhivery?

I like Delhivery for its process and management. Delhivery provides the best courier service in the 3PL Logistics Company categories. Its customer support is very attentive. Tracking features and inventory management are very easy. The software is user-friendly but requires some training. Currently, with its OTP-based delivery, POD issues have been resolved, and secure delivery has been implemented. Customers can get every detail of their shipment from its website by logging in through their mobile number. Customers also receive notifications like shipped, out for delivery, delivered, and failed delivery messages on their mobile number. Customers can file complaints about delivery delays on the website. According to 3PL companies like Blue Dart, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, and many more, Delhivery is the best. Now you can also create your business account or individual account to ship your order through Delhivery without any hidden charges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Delhivery?

I have rated 4 stars due to some issues like in payment cases Delhivery is slow and offers low costs according to the project. Apart from that, whenever technical issues occur, the technical team does not work fast, creating delays in work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Delhivery:

I recommend this to business owners who want to provide better service to their customers to join with Delhivery. Its client onboarding is very easy, and they treat their clients well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Delhivery solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently, I am not working with Delhivery. I started my business with Delhivery in my serviceable areas first when there was no courier available, and people in my area had to travel 30 km to the town to receive e-commerce goods. Through Delhivery, I solved this problem for the people in my area. I grew my business more and more. We reached every corner of our location to deliver both B2B & B2C products to provide better service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
