What do you like best about Delhivery?

They are reliable and offer cheaper rates compared to other delivery services in the market. They have a good network all over the country which helps deliver goods to any location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Delhivery?

Sometimes the tracking of the assets takes time to update in their portal which may cause some confusion since we are dealing with valuable assets, also sometimes unexplained delays might occur without any explanation during the last mile of the delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Delhivery solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Delhivery?

Easy to register for personal shipping and business service like bulk shipping, B2B, B2C bookings at your fingertips. You can easily ship products to pan India without any hassle. It has branches all over India. From other courier partners it provides best and cheapest cost. You can book your order in surface or express mode according to your requirement. Easy to integrate with woo-commerce store to process orders automatically with Delhivery. You can also use API in your website through which customers will get tracking details once placed order and they can track orders easily with realtime and it will also send notification to customers in every steps. It has also franchise model where you can be a part of their services. You can calculate shipping charges within two pincodes by entering the details before sending the shipment. It also provides order management system where you can edit any details of shipment, NDR management, etc from a single dashboard. You just have to recharge you Wallet and shipping charges will be debited automatically once you ship your orders. You can check all wallet history, past order details and can export them as Excel. What do you dislike about Delhivery?

Their support team doesn't have any contact number. So you have to create ticket or mail them on their support email address if you face any issue with your order. If you have any emergency with your order then it will take time to reach your query to the concerned team for which you may face loss. We are providing pan India courier service where we have tied up with Delhivery to provide shipping service to our customers. It also helps to ship orders internationally which is easy and fast. I have worked with Delhivery more than 3 Years. This was my first company with whom I have started my projects. I have worked as 3PL partner for this company. It has franchise program through which you can join with Delhivery to serve your location. Delhivery has thousands of e-commerce clients for whom it is delivering their products in pan India and outside India too. It has reached to every locations of India. What do you like best about Delhivery?

I like Delhivery for it's process and managements. Delhivery provides best courier service in 3PL Logistics Company categories. It's customer support is very attentive. Tracking features, inventory management is very ease. Software is user friendly but need some training for this. Currently with its otp based delivery pod issues has resolved and secure delivery implemented. Customers will get every details of their shipment from its website by login through mobile no. Customers also receive like shipped, out for deliver, delivered, failed delivery messages on their mobile no. Customers can put complain on delivery delays on website. According to 3pl companies like Blue dart, Ecom express, Xpressbees and many more Delhivery is best. What do you dislike about Delhivery?

I have rated 4 star due to some issues like in payment case delhivery is slow and gives low cost according to project. Apart that whenever technical issues occurs, technical team not works fast and it create delays in work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently I am not working with Delhivery. I had started my business with Delhivery in my serviceable areas first when there was no courier available and people of my area had to go 30 Kms to the town to receive e-commerce goods.
